Unable to answer questions and did not call me back.
Called to ask if I could visit their store to see the sofa I liked online but was told they didnt have that model in their showroom. So I asked some questions which they were unable to answer there and then. They said they would call me back but sadly didn't. How on earth do they expect to sell sofas costing £1,500 each when they cannot answer what the frame is made of, what the seat cushions are made from and how firm is the comfort. Shoddy and not what I would expect from a small family business which is how they described themselves. Very disappointed with the customer care right from the 1st phone call. Obviously I will not be spending my hard earned cash with this company!
