As a small business owner, I have to fax more documents than I would have imagined this day and time! I don't have to leave home and it's very affordable. The system is easy to use and it's monthly subscription is so affordable! The customer service is top tier! Ted is Godsent! When I initially signed up, I input the wrong email address and Ted came to the rescue within minutes, literally! What he didn't know was in that moment I was in a time crunch and so that meant everything to me! I did and inquire on something on my dashboard and once again Ted came through quickly and professionally with details and guidance. I like the personal touch with the customer service. If you're looking for a faxing service, look no further Best Fax is the truly that!!

Once I reached their support team, they did agree to issue a refund, which they said would be processed within a few hours. I appreciate that resolution, but the lack of accessible support and the unexpected subscription charge created unnecessary inconvenience.
