They stole!!!!! We booked for 2800$ and they never sent the tickets . They sent a reservation number but airline said they never got the money so they canceled the reservation. THEY STOLE !!!!they say they do not have proof of payment to give us a refund !!!!!! ??????

Horrible company. They cancel my ticket without my consent and won't reimburse my money. I can't seem to be able to talk to anyone.

BestfareDeal est de toute apparence une arnaque . Nous avons acheté 5 billets d’avion pour nous et nos enfants . L’agent semble très gentil , fait des efforts pour parler français . Ça demeure difficile de bien comprendre , du à l’accent , autant en français qu’en anglais . On conclue l’achat des billets mais à la toute fin il nous dit qu’il va envoyer notre réservation demain par courriel . ALORS On a trouvé ça bizarre , et on appelle la carte de crédit pour annuler mais on nous nous confirme qu’il s’agit bien d’une agence de voyage. Le lendemain, je reçois un courriel avec le PDF des vol / et num de réservation des vols sur Air Canada , Je vérifié sur le site du transporteur et tout y est , notre réservation est bien là . C’était en octobre 2025, nos vols sont prévus fin février 2026.
Jusque là je dors sur mes Laurier, tout semble correcte .
Mi-Janvier , je vérifie ma réservation sur Air Canada . Résultat ; Numéro non valide ??? Quoi ? Je ne comprends pas . …
J’appelle AIR Canada ; on me dit que l’agence avait bien réservé les billets en octobre , mais ils n’ont pas payé les billets , ils peuvent réserver des billets et doivent payer Air Canada dans le délai de 48hrs. Dans mon cas , ils n’ont pas payé et donc la réservation a été annulée.
J’appelle Best Fare Deal et on me dit que tout est correcte , ne pas m’inquiéter , que tout est ok , je vais avoir mes billets le 10 février . On me donne un num de réservation , qui ne fonctionne toujours pas .
La carte de crédit me dit que je peux avoir un recours seulement lorsque le service ne sera pas rendu , donc après la date du départ . Je demeure donc dans l’attente de voir ce qui va se passer …

La carte de crédit me dit de ne pas accepter de frais supplémentaire , ni de changement de vol , de transporteur , car ce n’est pas ce qui a été payé en octobre !
En attendant j’ai dû acheter d’autres billets remboursable à 100% , plus cher … dans l’éventualité où il me délivre des billet dans le délai de 72h tel que mentionné dans leur contrat !

Éviter , éviter cette compagnie !
Je ferai plus tard une déclaration à l’agence antifraude du Canada selon la suite des choses ….et le recours avec ma carte de crédit !

Je n’en resterai pas là !

Je viens d’être contacté par l’agence , qui me demande de retirer mon avis ici sur trustpilot .

I paid for a ticket for a California family trip on October 14th,for a December 23rd trip even after they jerked up the price after I paid for the ticket (reason was the one that I paid for initially was a discounted price), I still agree to pay the difference. They gave a bad reservation # that is not ticketed, but upon confirming from the airline, they said bestfaredeal never paid for the ticket, even after several weeks of withdrawing the funds from my card. I made many calls to them and they assure me that they will issue an eticket before my travel date.
Well, I checked the reservation on the 16th of December, and it is not working, and when I called bestfaredeal, they said they cant get the ticket and they have cancel the reservation. This is a week to my family travel, and no cancellation email from them, plus price for my group is gone from around $1600 to little over $5000. Now, we cant afford the new air ticket cost. This is my story, and I do not think any customer should go through this. This business should not be in operation in Canada, and the more we can review about them, the better it will help other consumers from this click bait scam. I am not sure of how to tell my young children that we are not going to make the trip any longer.
Believe their phone agents at your own peril.

Attention, ce site est un scam. ne rien acheté. j,ai acheté deux billets pour fort lauderdale. Quand j,ai appelé le lendemain car il ne m,avait pas fourni la confirmation de la compagnie aérienne, ils m’ont dit que mon vol aller était confirmé mais pas mon vol retour, Et pour le confirmer je devais allonger 400$ de plus, cela doublait le prix du billet. Quand j’en lui ai demandé de rembourser, ils ont refusé. J,ai du annuler ma carte de crédit. Ne faites pas affaires avec cette compagnie, ils vont vous donner du stress.

We finally received our tickets 7 days before departure. Yes, we got a fair price, even though we agreed to pay $100 more per ticket than the initial price paid/displayed. But all the calls, stress, and uncertainty were absolutely not worth it! They wanted us to remove this review in order to get our ticket…This company's strong point is answering the phone quickly and trying to be reassuring! We realized that this company waits for the best price before proceeding to purchase your tickets... be aware that encouraging them is gambling... they waited until the ticket price dropped below what we paid before sending us the airline's booking number. I recommend this company to those who want the best price and are comfortable with not having seats a few days before departure, and are very flexible with travel date… plus have a very good credit card annulation policy. ( In our initial confirmation email, it is clearly mentionned that it is your responsability to check the flight 72h prior departure !!).

We bought 5 tickets for a family trip... it was a good price compared to the airline's website, found through a search engine. After completing the transaction, I received a #BFD number... but no valid number for the airline... I contacted them and spoke briefly to a human (not a voicemail), which was somewhat reassuring. They told me there were only 5 tickets left and I had to upgrade. I agreed to pay the extra $500, which was supposed to give me a carry-on. I received a confirmation number from the airline and checked it; everything seemed fine! I checked again a week later, and my reservation was canceled!!!!

I contacted the company again by email, and they promised to send me a new confirmation code from the airline: I received nothing. I called again... they finally gave me the booking code. I checked with the agent on the phone, and the booking was active, with our 5 names, etc., but without baggage! I asked for proof that baggage would be included, and they sent me a message to that effect... stating that they were responsible for any additional charges at the airport!
I figured I had to trust them. I checked again a few days later, and the booking with the airline was canceled yet again!!!! We had never been notified!!! After waiting an hour and a half to speak to an airline agent, they told us that they had never received payment for the booking and that there was no booking in our name!!!!! Two weeks after this check, we still haven't heard anything! Inexperienced travelers, save yourselves unnecessary worry... never book with this company!it's a waste of time and unnecessary stress!
