Trust me you don't want to go there. It is really bad. I regret ever going there.

OVERALL I would give this a 5 star. I did have a great experience. The transportation, the hotel and the procedure. HOWEVER, each doctor will tell you a different thing. "Probably" is a word they use a lot (it's also a cultural word. They will tell you one thing, then another thing happens.

90% of the staff is excellent (nurses, translators, concierge). I had one HORRIBLE nurse who did nothing to help.

You know your body - I had a spot that wouldn't drain and they kept trying to just give me pain pills. I didn't want them to give me pain pills, I wanted to fix the problem. I caused a big stink and once it was done, I felt so much better.

They are very good and making sure safety protocol is followed.

They still owe me some money, so I told them I will continue to write bad reviews until this situation is handled.

Bad experience

At first, everything seemed easy and friendly. They responded quickly and made it feel like anything I asked for was possible, no matter how many procedures I wanted at the same time. Looking back, this actually raised concerns. Everything could be arranged without any proper or serious consultation with a surgeon, and without asking in-depth medical questions, which should have been a major red flag.

Because I really wanted to move forward with a date, I still made a down payment. After that, I started doing more research and came across many negative reviews about this clinic. There are concerning experiences shared across multiple platforms, which made me question my decision.

What made me even more uncomfortable was that they arranged calls with so-called “former patients.” This felt very controlled and not genuine, which made me doubt the authenticity of these testimonials. At the same time, I felt increasingly pressured, with long 8 min voice messages and constant follow-ups. Sending non stop foto´s of former patients that had even nothing to do with the surgery that I wanted. It came across as really unprofessional and overwhelming rather than supportive. This is not what you want from a clinic!

At that point, I no longer felt safe to travel to Istanbul for this clinic. However, they are now refusing to return my down payment.

Overall, this experience has left me with serious doubts and a very negative feeling. They are still witholding my money till today!! They are now ignoring my emails. I strongly advise others not to make any down payments until you are absolutely certain about this clinic.

Be careful.

Very strong signs of scam. 10 month upfront canceled because of chronical Health issues, payment not payed back.

To start with Best Clinic is actually not a clinic but they act as an agency working with different Doctors who operate in different hospitals. The hospital you will end up in depends on which Dr you choose. I sent my medical history and photos and asked if I’m a suitable candidate for those two procedures and I chose Dr Abdullah Surucu. Henry told me that he asked the Doctor and Im suitable candidate for both procedures and the results will be perfect( I have records from our conversations which proves that).
Henry gave me a price which I accepted and asked me to pay a deposit to secure the price and I paid £100. When I was ready to travel I bought the tickets and I even booked extra days in the Hotel thinking that it will be good to stay a little bit more to recover before I returned.
When I got to Istanbul they picked me up from the airport and took me to the hospital which called A Plus hospital telling me that I have to do a blood test , spend the night at the hotel and the next morning I will be picked up and taken to the hospital to have the two procedures. After they did the blood test and while I was still in the hospital they asked me to pay £500 and this amount will be deducted from the total amount we agreed. After I paid the £500 they took me to the hotel. Once I got to the hotel Henry texted me that the operations will be postponed for after tomorrow because they need to repeat the blood test for safety reasons. Since that moment I felt that something is wrong with them. I asked him to explain to me why exactly they need to repeat the blood test but he never gave me answer for that. The next morning the people in the hotel asked me to check out because the room was booked for one night only. I tried to get hold of Henry by texting and calling him to ask what I’m supposed to do but still no reply from him. I was angry and panicked waiting at the hotel lobby without knowing what is going on. I asked from the hotel manager to contact them because they know how to find them. They contacted them and only then Henry called me and said he will extend my stay at the hotel. So I checked in again and waited to see what will happen. The third day I was taken to A Plus hospital again and this time it was supposed to have my procedures done. They put me in a room and told me that I will see Dr Abdullah Surucu shortly and then I will have my operations. At some point Dr Abdullah came and told me that the procedures I chose to do can’t be done because the results will not be effective and he suggested that I should do different procedures. I was really shocked. I told him that I sent photos and explained exactly what I want to achieve and that Henry told me that he consulted the Dr and the Dr said that the results will be perfect in my case. Also I told him that they should have informed me from the beginning that the results won’t be the way I wanted them to be. In this case I wouldn’t put myself in this position and travel all the way to Istanbul waisting my time and money. Dr Abdullah didn’t reply to this. His silence made me think that maybe all this was planned thinking that once Im there they can put pressure on me as I would be vulnerable at that moment and agree to do the operations they wanted me to do. I refused to do the operations they suggested to me and asked them to cancel everything and take me back to the Hotel. Henry tried hard to convince me to do what the Dr suggested me to do and I kept refusing. He even told me once Im here in Istanbul I should think about it and do the operations they suggested to me. I told him people don’t do operations for fun just because they are in Istanbul. I made it clear to him that I won’t do what they were suggesting to me to do and I asked for a refund.
Henry told me that they will refund part of the £600 they took and I agreed thinking that they will keep the 3 nights for the hotel which cost them £62 each night. I was wrong again trusting them because Henry was avoiding to refund any amount of £600 telling me that he was waiting for the financial department to approve the refund. Eventually after I kept calling and texting him he replied by saying they decided not to refund any amount to me and that the £600 they got from me is the cost for the 3 nights in the hotel and blood test. I told him what happened wasn’t my fault and he was the one who told me that he consulted the Dr and confirmed to me that Im suitable candidate and the results will be perfect. I told him I was kind enough to agree for part of the money to be kept by them. He completely disappeared since that moment because they failed to convince me to do the operations they wanted me to do taking £600. I spoke to people in Instanbul who work in this field and I was told Im not the only one who got fooled by them. I wrote this review to prevent them doing the same things to other people. If I can save even one person from going through what I’ve gone through it’s worth it.

⚠️ VERY SERIOUS WARNING – EXTRE EXTREME CAUTION WITH BEST CLINIC ISTANBUL ⚠️

I am writing this so that no one else has to go through what we experienced.

Their advertising is completely false. They use photos and videos that DO NOT correspond to the real place where surgeries are performed. While they are trying to sell the procedure, the phone communication is kind and reassuring, promising safety and guarantees. But everything changes once you arrive in Istanbul.

After paying for flights and traveling there, we discovered that the location shown on social media did not exist. As soon as we started noticing inconsistencies, the attitude changed completely — it became rude, cold, and even threatening.

They asked for €100 to “confirm” the surgery. When we arrived, they demanded full payment, claiming they had not received the bank transfer, even though our bank confirmed it had been successfully delivered. That money was never returned despite multiple claims.

The real clinic where surgeries are performed is in Florya. It is small, old, and extremely dirty. This is where you can actually find the negative reviews circulating online. Rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned; they would simply spray air freshener. The bedsheets remained stained with blood until we insisted they be changed.

My husband was hospitalized for two days, and the level of neglect was deeply alarming. Some nurses ignored calls for assistance, became irritated when we asked for help, and performed their duties carelessly and reluctantly. There was a constant feeling of abandonment. There was no proper monitoring and no humane patient care.

After his facial surgery, they inserted a urinary catheter that caused him severe pain. We repeatedly asked for it to be removed. When they finally did, a nurse — visibly annoyed — removed it abruptly and without any care or precaution. Immediately, my husband began bleeding heavily.

When we reported this, the doctor completely minimized the situation, saying something like, “Oh, it must be the prostate,” dismissing a serious hemorrhage as if it were insignificant. We were repeatedly told that it was “normal.”

For seven days, my husband urinated large amounts of blood, suffered intense pain, and nearly fainted several times. The staff kept insisting it was normal and that it would pass.

When we returned to Spain, doctors performed full examinations. The results were clear: his prostate is completely healthy. The severe hemorrhage and urinary infection were directly caused by improper removal of the catheter, which created an internal tear. In addition, he contracted a bacterial infection during his stay at that hospital.

It was the worst week of his life.

This place offers no real safety, accountability, or guarantees. It feels like a rented facility with no clear responsibility if something goes wrong. Foreign patients are especially vulnerable.

We have medical reports and photographic evidence of everything that happened.

Please think very carefully before trusting your health and your life to this place.

My experience was terrible, I have had surgery with different clinics in Istanbul before and never experienced what I did with best clinic with any other clinic, I sent over pictures of what I wanted and was told it was possible and was given a price. Once I was in the hospital the dr came around for my consultation and it was not the dr that I was told I was going to have and who I was told several times I was going to have, I did not know this dr or his work so I was panicked, he then told me he could not do half the things I wanted done and that he does not do fat transfer to Breast, which was the main reason I went for, I ended up getting half what I wanted and had to pay an extra £1000 for a temple lift even though I had been quoted for several things and only getting a bit of liposuction now and temple lift, they originally wanted £2000 more and I said I wouldn’t get anything done, I felt like I had been conned. I felt under pressure to go for the surgery, I’m happy with the liposuction but I cannot tell about the temple lift as of yet so I will update then but I would avoid this company as there’s loads better, I would book directly through the dr that you want

They use advertising for involving people in hospital by name private Tema hospital, which is absolutely bad quality, bad management, poor personnel staff, only they worried about money 💰. I’m still in Istanbul right now I came to this hospital which is called Best Clinic Istanbul, but unfortunately there no hospital by this name, only by name Tema hospital, im shocked still shocking 😮 I never believed I can get this with me. Firstly I made conversation by online with person name “RAMZI “ who is working there coordinator , and main thing this coordinator unprofessional and lying and promising you best service which is absolutely you will not get what they saying 💯 and what u want. . This person fraud and scam , RAMZI, main job just involve you there for cheat people only for making money.Avoid. It’s happening with me, im here, I had breast implants (change silicone), I made deal with RAMZI who working there coordinator, and I paid for Mentor brand quality implant, because there was offer for implants, Deal was £2800 for only change implant brand name But when I arrived there they charged me £900 extra after when i had blood test, the reason I have hepatitis. So any reason they will charge you and you will pay overpayment 😳 So there shocking things I get not that implant what I pay, I pay for “Mentor” brand but they put different silicone low quality,”Arion” when I asked the doctor why I didn’t get right implant he told me I didn’t know which one you wanted 😳 I’m shocked,it was stupidity answered to me, that’s so embarrassing for doctors and hospital name , how they working unprofessional and bad management with poor quality, Even so I didn’t get apologise or any response why they made mistake. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hospital. Upon arrival, they attempted to charge me an additional £700, which I disputed. The air conditioning was non-functional, causing significant discomfort after surgery. One nurse refused my request for a shower after being left in vomit and urine for days, I was also left with an unnecessary horrible scar on my forehead. The hospital food was absolutely disgusting and cheap. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place. I was in so much pain and tears "Trust me, if this platform allowed picture uploads, I'd have shared all the evidence to prove my point!"

I trusted them as a woman and a mother – they disrespected me

This is my second review, now on Trustpilot. My first one is already published on Google, and instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, all they did was pressure me to delete it.
They told me I would get my money back only if I removed the review.
They offered to send it via Western Union, even though I paid by bank transfer. Why would I accept something different? I made it clear: only a bank refund, nothing else.

I will not delete my review until I receive the full amount in my bank account.
And I will not accept pressure to be silenced.

I am just a woman, a mother, a wife who, after two childbirths, simply wanted to take care of her body again – to feel like herself again. I searched online, like many other women, and found this clinic. I read the positive reviews and believed I could trust them.

I started talking to a woman on WhatsApp named Sophie. She was kind, warm, and made me feel safe. I trusted them. I paid the deposit hoping everything would go well.

But it didn’t.

They canceled my online meeting with the doctor twice without explanation. They constantly avoided putting me in contact with him. Instead, they sent me naked photos of women without faces, claiming they were from the clinic. Later, I discovered that one of those photos belonged to a doctor from Germany, who had nothing to do with the Turkish clinic. I found him and he confirmed it – the photo had a distinctive tattoo. It was clear.

When I told them, they didn’t apologize. They mocked me.
They called me for the first time after five months and told me that if I wanted a refund, I had to provide a medical certificate proving I couldn’t undergo surgery.
They didn’t care how I felt. They pressured me psychologically and emotionally.

I have kept everything. The messages, the photos, the confirmation from the real doctor. Everything.

I am not writing for revenge. I am writing to protect other women from going through the same.

If they send you naked photos to “convince” you – run away.
If they pressure you to delete your truth – speak louder.

I was lucky. I stopped before it was too late.
But others might not be as lucky.

Please be careful before trusting this clinic.
Look closely at the signs. Don’t let “good prices” cost you your peace of mind.
