I was very pleased to see that I could purchase Adobe Acrobat at an affordable cost without incurring monthly payments. In addition to that, the installation help offered with the purchase was top notch. simple, easy and fast.
i was up and running an about an hour and a half and that was with a bad internet connection. These people saved me a lot of money on a legit copy of autocad. I am very pleased and i will be using this company again. They walked me through the install, it could not have been easier.

The tech assisting with installation…
The tech assisting with installation seemed knowledgeable. Some difficulty occurred and he had to use remote session to help fully install. That was helpful and everything is running OK...... for now... :-)

Great help, not so great connection
The man who helped me took care of everything to install my software and seemed very helpful. The one complaint that I had was that it was very difficult to hear and understand the call--not the helper, but the connection was often garbled and so it was difficult to feel like I knew what was happening, and that added a measure of stress.
