WOW what service
WOW what service! Allen is the man! I bought AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office. Allen logged into my computer, and installed both programs. MS Office wasn't installing correctly. He spent 3 and a half hours working on trouble shooting and getting it to work. I am blown away by this company, their software prices, and most of all their support. I will buy from them again!

I have to admit that I was reluctant to…
I am having trouble accessing my license and cannot get a response to my email requesting help.
I have to admit that I was reluctant to subscribe because Grandma always said if it looks too good to be true it probably is. Forgive me Grandma but I did it anyway and couldn't be more pleased! I am admittedly an old dog (65) and not good with new tricks but I didn't have to do anything. They took over my screen and installed the software for me. It doesn't get any easier than this!

Well, I saw a review before and he said it's too good to be true. I'd say they're really good with customer service - really good that I'm like "what's the catch?". So far everything went well with the installation, i didn't have to be techy to install it myself. They did it for me!!Lastly, I got a more affordable option for the software i use, hope it works as promised.

This is my first purchase from this company and they did really well with the sales and support. It was really hard to find a version of a legit Autodesk license but this company provide all the required details, I checked the license with Autodesk and they authorized it and told me that they are a an authorized reseller of Autodesk Programs. The online chat and the rep that called me provided me all the details and help as they helped me to complete the purchase and then they offered free installation support which is very secure and fast. I recommend this company to all the Autodesk users.

This is a scam
This is a scam. Purchased autocad architecture 4 months ago. I was contacted by Autodesk's compliance dept. a couple of weeks ago. I had to submit to a system scan from their app. After submitting the results and waiting 2 weeks for them to analyze the results I was told the software was Illegal. Sent all my purchase info to them after explaining I legally purchased the program. They looked my info over an told me it was in fact pirated software and Bestbuy Softwares is not an authorized reseller. The initial remediation cost was 6000.00. They did reduce this after I submitted my documentation though. Requested a refund from BB softwares but they refused, saying they would look into it. Havent heard from them since. So I am out the cost of the original perpetual software and am locked into a yearly subscription. BUYER BEWARE
