Good value for money and excellent service from BestBattery. Not the easiest battery to fit, but there are YouTube guides available which are well worth looking at before you take the back off the watch. Once the new battery was in, it worked like a dream. Don’t forget to buy the toolkit if you haven’t already got the correct screwdrivers etc.

I searched for a site that could supply me with replacement battery packs (LP-E6) for my Canon camera and found bestbattery.biz, who were able to supply just what I needed at a very competitive price. I am happy to recommend them and say I would be happy to use this supplier again.

Ordered a battery for Samsung Tab S2 and order went fine, but after 8 months the battery has failed and the warranty is only 6 months. Substandard product

I ordered a battery which has not arrived. I wrote asking about it and was given the same answers as others who complained. I had to confirm my address they then checked and came back to me saying I should have received days ago. they would check. Then they said that somehow they had not applied tracking to the item... That they were now waiting for stock... That I would have it very soon... original order made on 2 june and their indication that delivery would be within 3 working days. No replies to multiple emails asking what is going on... Either their customer service is s h i t , they are scamming people, I will never deal with them again amd on the PayPal they asking for 10 business day waiting after complaining, i will fill a complaint right now

Excellent service from this company. The battery was just what I needed and very prompt delivery.

1 star is far to good for this outfit. My worst online purchasing experience ever. Their communication terrible, they do not abide by their own T&C policy.
They don’t seem to have a return policy and seem reluctant to provide a trading return address.

Same as others, no battery supplied. Phone not answered, same excuses via email, then everything goes quiet. DO NOT USE.

My Dyson battery arrived safely and works perfectly - unlike the replacement I bought before (from another supplier) which had a faulty connector and had to be returned.
