I'm giving this 4 stars because, at the end of the day, I received my battery and fixing kit which is now installed and working. I could not find any other company who supplied a battery for a 2nd series Kindle Fire (not even Amazon) so actually getting one was a major influencer in the 4 star rating. However, it was not a straightforward experience as it did take over a month to get delivered. Like a lot of reviewers, I had to chase it up and got the "It's been sent and lost" or something like that. In reality, I believe that it was not in stock but ordered from suppliers after my order was placed. No big deal really - I just wished they'd have been upfront with me. One thing I didn't like was that all my correspondence was via email. They do provide a phone number but when I researched it, it is a premium number and calls could have been very expensive. I ordered a battery and was charged Sept 16. When I placed the order the battery was in stock. 10 days later it had not arrived nor any tracking information or shipment notifications sent. So, I sent an inquiry via email. 2 days later I got a response from Ruben who asked for delivery address confirmation, which I did, along with screen shots of the transaction confirmation showing the correct delivery address.

Another 2 days passes and the response I get from Ruben is that it shipped 'some time ago and you should have received it' to which I replied I find it hard to believe it shipped as I never received notification of shipment or a tracking number.

Then another 2 days goes by before Ruben responds saying it was shipped but that the post did not scan it, the battery was out of stock but they would send it as soon as it came back in stock in a couple days and refund shipping.

That was 6 days ago and their website shows the battery in stock. I inquired again 2 days ago but have yet to receive a response.

The customer service is very poor. I am desperate for the battery as I use my computer for work and it is in constant battery mode, making it impossible to work from the slowness of the computer, due to the bad battery I have now.

I'm at my wits end. Best Battery is not best at anything as far as I can tell...

Ok , it took a couple of mails to sort out my battery delivery - once sorted communication was excellent and my battery arrived in a couple of days - excellent battery & service ! Would definitely recommend.

Easy to order easy tracking though post was delayed ( strike) otherwise I'm happy with the service and help I received.

Ordered battery for older mobile phone. After 2 weeks or more of non delivery and zero order confirmation. I emailed for a new delivery date. Only then did the battery arrive after being told it was despatched "some time ago". It was wrong battery. My fault but the web site is no help in determining the correct part numbers. Then no replies to request for return info. No further comms received. Money wasted.

Excellent service. Ordered replacement battery for Panasonic camera, which was much more reasonably priced than a Panasonic one. Quick delivery too. Will certainly use again.

Placed an order for battery, realised I didn't need it before it was posted out , cancelled the order and requested a refund, still waiting nearly a month later

The battery is for an old Macintosh model that still works well, but batteries for this computer are difficult to find. Price was right (£39 including postage). When I received the battery, it looked good and fit well; it was partly charged and then charged in the Mac to full in no time.

Tried many sites to find a genuine battery for my Dad's DORO mini phone, not easy to find! Finally located and whilst the delivery was a little longer due to short supplies of this battery it finally arrived well packaged and tracked it from depot to door. Reuben was great in keeping in contact and would recommend his services.

I purchased a new battery for my Garmin S2 golf watch. Although delivery time was slightly longer than anticipated the battery arrived and has now been installed. The quality of the product and the general service has been very good.
