I recently purchased a Weekender XL…
I recently purchased a Weekender XL Duffel (Dark Olive). I'm an old veteran and take weekend trips to my children and grandchildren. This duffel bag was perfect for my needs. Shortly after I received the duffel the clasp came apart on one of the straps. Not a big deal and otherwise I loved the bag. I requested the Bespoke Customer Service to send a replacement strap. Instead they sent me a whole new bag immediately and free of charge. A young lady at Bespoke named Alexandra assisted me she could not have been anymore kind and professional. As a retiree, I do have to be a little careful on purchases, but there is no doubt in my mind, funds allowing, I would buy from Bespoke again. Their integrity speaks for itself.

I have been a member for years now, started as a gift 3 months and I have just kept going because I love the products and the value. So many great options, and I have had issues over the years, but they have amazing customer service and always more than make it right. Totally recommend to anyone.

I had placed an order on 06/02/2024 and…
I had placed an order on 06/02/2024 and paid for expedited shipping for an item to arrive in time for a relatives birthday. I have been checking everyday on the status of the order with no change. I then reached out to customer service via email who confirmed the order had been placed, but was currently being processed at the warehouse. There were no further updates the customer service associate could provide. To say I'm highly annoyed is an understatement. I don't think I'll ever order here again and I will definitely tell other friends and family of my experience. What's the point of paying for expedited shipping if the company won't actually do as they say.
Update 6/12/2024- As of 06/10/2024, customer service reached out to me to explain the delay in receiving my order. They provided the tracking number for the item and I received my package on 06/12/2024. In order to rectify the issue further, customer service also refunded the amount paid for expedited shipping. I'm now updating my rating to 3 stars since the gift didn't arrive in time, but did arrive eventually.

Bespoke Post ROCKS
Everything about this company is great! I've been a subscriber for well over a year and it's the only subscription service that I actually look forward to on a monthly basis. I've tried a variety of others and this is the best. I've also seen brands added over the years that I specifically recommended on feedback calls. Maybe coincidence, maybe not. They have quite a variety of products at ALL price points.
There are only two negatives I've encountered and they're not that big of a deal. I thought it would be fair to include them versus just saying positive things. First, although you aren't obligated to accept a monthly box, if you want it, it will take 3-4 weeks to arrive. That sucks. I receive the email with the new box on the 1st of every month, and sometimes I definitely want the products, but they won't arrive until the 22nd of the month. The price point is great for the monthly products and you oftentimes get a steal b/c BP adds additional and complementary products to the box of the month. You can't beat the deal and it's oftentimes significantly cheaper by 50%. For example, I received a three pack of packing cubes by Nomatic for $50 at BP and it would've cost over $100 on the Nomatic website.
That being said, my second negative (again, not a total big deal) is some of the products are actually slightly more expensive than the website of the actual company. It doesn't happen often, but I do suggest checking out the company websites before placing an order. I generally don't mind paying a few bucks more if it means I support BP, but anything over $25 price difference I'll go to the company site instead of Bespoke Post.
Definitely give these guys a go. There's ZERO obligation to subscribe.

Why I am a dedicated customer
I have had three experiences with Bespoke Post customer service over the years. Each time has be the most enjoyable customer service experience. This time there was what I thought to be a delay on my order (mind you, “delay” was only a few days beyond their usual couple day turnaround time) so I decided to reach out to check status. Given past experiences, I wasn’t dreading doing so and somehow KNEW they would get back to me with details within the day, and they did. They provided exactly what was going on and the ETA. To add to the service, they followed up (without me needing to check in again) to let me know the day it was shipped, delivery expectations, and a tracking number. The service to their customers is why I am never afraid to purchase from Bespoke Post and one of the reasons I remain a member.

I've been a 'member' for over 3 years . You can easily decide to cancel the monthly box by the 5th of each month or not. They also allow free returns. There is a standard shipping fee of $45...but shipping is free if you spend $95. The website features hundreds of items in dozens of categories, and it's easy to swap one monthly box item for something different.. or just skip. I have had only good experiences and lately realized how many Bespoke items I've purchased for travel, kitchen & clothing. I'm not a big shopper, but often just scroll through their 'Sale' items. Lastly, their service crew is very responsive at all times.

I bought 4 items
I bought 4 items. One item was a jacket in XXL. It fits fine in girth, but the sleeve length is so short it reaches my elbows. Great if I’m eating fried chicken, but nontheless, ridiculously small. The second item was the globe incense burner. They sent one WITHOUT the included incense in the description. So they sent a $15 credit on a $60 purchase. No input from me, no way to just send the stupid thing back. Their “customer service” in my case was useless. It is a total run around process.Yes polite, but totally hellbent on doing absolutely nothing. My recourse is simple-never buy again, and, tell anyone who will listen that this is not a company you will want to support.

Easy return and replacement
I called Bespoke to discuss my options to return a monthly box I received. The return was for a rain jacket that was slightly too small. Being that I am not tech savvy I used the phone to talk to someone in person.
The gentleman who answered my call was polite and friendly. He answered my questions and gave me options to for the return.
I enjoy my use of Bespoke and appreciate their quality service.
