I was charged 60$ without any knowledge and for a kitchen knife a notebook and a pen lol . Then before it was shipped I asked to cancel the order because the money was taken out of my rent and was told I can't lol they don't care if my kids needed to eat
today lol they only make it harder on your end so you keep thep piece of sh** box and they make their money

Best customer service
I had an issue with the box I received, but it wasn't really their fault.... I didn't look at the product description and thought more came in their already exceptional value box that i recieved. I texted their customer service number and within ten minutes got a reply from a live person! I believe her name was Ashley. Anyway, she explained to me that I could have bought the product I thought was missing for a surprisingly good price. I (always looking for a deal) asked her for a promo code, AND SHE GAVE ME ONE!! She made up for MY mistake! Hands down best customer service that I have had the true pleasure to work with!

Terrible Communication
I ordered a nice looking hand crank juicer as a Christmas gift. Bespoke responded that they received the order. A week later I contacted them. They responded that the warehouse had just informed them that they were sold out. Sure would have been nice of them to let me know a bit earlier!

Should Be Called Bespam Post. Holy Marketing Emails Batman.
Before I get into the full review, allow me to begin by explaining that developing quality management systems & certifying companies for the various ISO standards (including 9001 & 13485 as well as ASME) is my actual job. My hopes are that that will express that I have some idea what I'm looking at & talking about in terms of reviewing a company & its processes.
tl;dr - the products aren't all bad, but some are cheapo products from China (according to their own product labels). Most of what they sell can be bought on Ebay for the same price. Watch YTube reviews on boxes or you will eventually be very disappointed. They make it easy to change or skip boxes so, there is that. Lastly, don't expect much from customer service. In fact, don't expect anything but spam in your inbox. Like, a lot, a ridiculously lot of spam. Boxes are just the hook to draw you in and push loads of other sales (via marketing emails) on you. Detailed review follows...
The products:
Very hit & miss. When you get a good box, it's generally *very* good. The problem is there are some real duds & while Bespoke says they focus on local, small, companies, you'll get items that are marked 'made in China' more often than you might expect. You can also search for pretty much all of the 'box' shipment items on Ebay for the exact same prices as they have them on Bespoke (that's even with the member discount!), so I don't know what 'negotiating' they claim they're doing.
Selecting a box:
Be smart, do your research when they pick a box for you, there are reviews on YTube, look em up. Make sure the box review is *not* from Bespoke, as they do their own reviews which, of course, rave about the items. It is very easy to change or skip a box. Good job on that.
Customer Contact:
This is by far the worst aspect of Bespoke. My first box, my very first box, was lost in the mail for weeks. I never received a single email from Bespoke asking how my experience has been, asking for input, or anything. What I *do* receive, over the course of every month, are 20+ marketing emails from them. 20 emails, over 30 days. That's one marketing email a day and a half. You have a great system for sending out mass emails to make sales, but can't be bothered to check on your customer experience through that same system? Something's wrong there.
Customer follow-up post-sale is so big, and has such a huge impact, that it is a required aspect in the ISO 9001 standard. Good businesses recognize that following up means asking 'How did we do?' before you say, 'Buy more of our stuff.' Why would I buy more if you can't even be bothered to see if you're doing alright? 20 marketing emails a month & not one follow-up, but, "we care." You you know who else does things like that? Hugely unpopular companies like Comcast. C'mon man. If you're going to push the narrative that you're the little guy, selling products by the little guy, maybe you should think of the other little guy, the customer, before thinking about your sales. Take care of your customers, and they'll take care of you. At the very least, act like you actually care & ask, be proactive.
Would I suggest Bespoke? It's fine to check out, but not to keep long-term, boxes are just an excuse to try to sell you other products so, don't expect to be treated like anything but a marketing number, which is sad because this company tries to project itself differently. Bespoke's actions and words do not line up, as seen by the reviews here. Almost every previous poor review here has the reply of, 'sorry to hear your experience has been...' as they submit a canned reply, just proving the point.

They were great!
It was just a positive a succinct solution that didn’t make me go out of my way. I appreciated it so much bc it feels like everything has to be an ordeal these days and it was refreshing having one thing be simple. Kuddos to this support team for their help.

Most boxes are a let down.
Want to overpay for products mostly made in China? Buy local My friends. I've seen nothing in 8 boxes that spoke small business.
Google search the company and product and in most cases you will feel robbed.

I purchased items as a birthday gift
I purchased items as a birthday gift. Bespoke never got me a tracking number and never shipped the item!
I had had to call multiple times for an update and requesting them to provide a tracking number and actually ship out my items. I shouldn’t have to run their business. They are lazy, unprofessional, and unorganized. They didn’t even offer an apology or some sort of compensation.
Of course the gift arrived extremely late. How embarrassing!
I will NEVER do business or recommend them.
Don’t waste your time and money.

Delivered to my trash can
Delivered to my trash can. Seriously put it right next to my trash can, in my driveway. Jam packed full of items is a misleading statement to say the least. It's a few extremely small items with one decent piece. I got a cast iron skillet. Teeny tiny bottle of maple syrup, a single serving pancake mix bag and a little bloody Mary mix bottle. It seems like they're using the subscription boxes to push the rest of their sites of extremely overpriced items. An additional $18 for a lid, for the cast iron skillet. You can buy a lodge Skillet for 20 bucks. Honestly, I feel like I get far more for my jerky gent subscription.

Great curation
To be honest, I usually skip my monthly boxes. But I do love to see them each month. I usually actually 1 or 2 a year. It's a great curation service and an easy way to find things I like but would probably never find on my own.

Hears something that they don't tell…is perfect
Hears something that they don't tell you about Bespoke.com, once looking at their merchandise I realized that this was a blind buying site that wants all your credit card information, before you buy anything, and I have to abide buy these rules before I knew what they were. I decided that this wasn't for me, especially because if I see something I want I can't order it, I have to hope it comes in one of the boxes, and I can't just keep what I want, I have to take it all,and if that's not bad enough, I went to the bottom of the page and there's no way to cancel the whole thing. Now I was smart enough to not give them my credit card information, which is good because there's no way to cancel the whole thing. Be warned. Another interesting thing is that when I signed in,the first thing that popped up was a page that was trying to sell me the site, and no way to get out of the page. Not a good sign.

My experience with Bespoke Post has been phenomenal everytime, and this one met my expectations. I had ordered a shirt and realized the next day I put the wrong size on it. I used their text option to request a different size be swapped out and they did it immediately. This took place on a weekend.

Bespoke Post has some really cool and…
Bespoke Post has some really cool and unique stuff ! The monthly boxes are usually something I like but if not you can choose a different box, choose to not receive a box for that month ! Also if you receive a package and decide you don’t like it their process for returning the box is easy and their customer service is great!
They also have allot of other cool stuff that isn’t part of a box that you can just order ! I would definitely recommend Bespoke Post they are really cool 😎

Great customer service, products.
I have been a member of Bespoke Post for about a year. All the products are so well-made it has actually blown my mind after dealing with subpar purchases on other websites.
I am a chef and have bought almost every knife they sell online through my subscription. I bought the Thai knife and had some quality issues for the first time with any item purchased through Bespoke Post.
I sent an email explaining the problem, the next day a new knife was sent out. I didn’t even know until I was texted a tracking number.
This company knows how to treat customers in a time when positive customer service has waned exponentially.
The boxes are great. They seem to be mostly guy centered products. Actually, they are more unisex since I am a woman. The only thing I haven’t bought are men’s clothes and shoes (That’s for Stitch Fix).

Great Products, Great People
I've been with Bespoke Post for a few years. Really high quality goods from smaller manufacturers. Pretty much my whole extended family are now walking around wearing the Coalatree puffy jacket (the "Puffed" box). Any hiccup and I can call their AMAZING customer service, speak to a real human being, and it's solved. So many companies pack their sales force to bursting, but keep a skeleton crew for customer service - not Bespoke Post. Shout out to the warehouse folks there too. Only they can pack a heavy iron pan and some sauces in glass jars with some crystal wine glasses, ship it all across the continent, and have everything arrive intact! Noice!
