I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this Company! I ordered 4 Roman shades. The price was great and they had the color I was looking for. They answered emails I sent right away and were always very helpful. The shades are beautiful! Mine are no drill, push up. Just what I was looking for. The only reason I gave 4 stars was one shade didn't push up. We were discussing it when there was some kind of glitch with their mailbox. I couldn't send emails to them and they couldn't send out. But as soon as the glitch was fixed they emailed me reiterating that they were sending a replacement shade. So great customer service! I would definitely recommend 100%

These shades are beautiful and elevate the look in the kitchen. I absolutely love the top down feature! They were also pretty easy to install. Highly recommend!

Ordered blinder June 19 for my shop,until July 1 ,no tracking number ,no updates. July 3 my shop has to be open, so I had to buy blinder from somewhere else. Contact them to cancel the order or refund since Im no longer need it. They declined. Saying 20-30days for shipping is normal for them. It doesn't say on the website. Beware that products come from China. July 9 the product delivered but I dont need it so I ask for the address ti return, they declined. I contacted my bank for the disturb payment. My bank is so nice gave me my money back. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I ordered Berissa Classic No Drill Perfect Fit Without Light Leakage Cordless Roller Shades for 6 windows of different sizes. All of them would roll up few inches after pulling them down. One of them had manufacturing defect as it was crooked. I had to go back and forth for 4 months to have them realized the issue. Finally they agreed to send me replacement but they sent me the wrong size. Like they send me the smallest one instead of sending me the size I had issue with.

I had worried about ordering it with the measurements I would make. But, it fit well. I was surprised how fast I got it. We are very pleased with how easy it was to install. And it looks really nice. I wish I had had not waited so long to finally order it.

Very easy to install. The shade goes up and down very smoothly. Very nice price and shades are nice looking

Fabric is not awesome but at the price I paid I wasn't expecting it to be. Color was exactly what I expected and it works nicely so far. The "wrench" that was supposed to come with it was not anywhere in the box. We improvised and installation went fine. Overall, for the price it is a good overall product.

The material used is very plastic like. It’s not attractive. Tried to return it but the only way they will take it back is if it has a manufacturers defect. Esthetics don’t count.

Installing the top down bottom up no drill blinds is a breeze, I installed 10 so far in less than 2 hours. I cannot comment on the quality or longevity of the product because I just started hanging them, but they look great and operate as they should.
