Worst company I ever have to deal with sent emails loads of times but no joy still waiting reply back telephone number none exciting on there site. Tracking says ready to ship 7 days later still says the same ready to ship what's going off with this company these should be reported to rogue traders

Absolute scam. Terrible product and does not work. Left my skin red and irritated and actually made bags worse.

When ordered it stated if o wish to return do so 7 days after receiving, then when I went on the website they said no returns for items that didn't work or you don't like.

This cream does not work, please do not purchase.

Never received the order and the emails I send to the address given on their site always bounce back.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered,,,read reviews, cancelled within the allotted time on their policy page. Policy also stated if canceled prior to shipping,, they would refund. $ taken immediately,,, Their response was no, I was outside policy on refund. The tracking # was sent.. but not working. For now 15 days. Says shipped but no tracking working. Horrible customer service. Terrible reviews of company on reputable sites. I wrote a horrid review on their head page,, yup,,, they wouldn't print it. Save your $, and headaches. stay clear of this site.

Scam…overpriced basic moisturiser

I received by mail a different name cream other than Berbax> CELYN , I tried it and nothing happened, then I asked my roommates to also test it and nothing happened either...
I approached customer service online and a Bot Marianne wrote: "After conducting a thorough review of the details provided, we regret to inform you that the reason for the refund does not fall under our established policies and guidelines. Therefore, we are unable to proceed with the refund request in this specific instance."
Contact me to unite forces and bring them down legally!!

Worst experience ever. Product doesn’t work. After watching their reel on Instagram and the supposedly “magic” results that their product does for eye bags, it left me with zero results but an oily shiny cream left on the skin. Horrible! I tried to return my cream they wouldn’t accept or budge! Stay away. Don’t buy. They’re total scam!!

At least you guys received your item, for me it never came in.

I wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing THREE of the eye lift creams. They absolutely do not work! And they won’t take returns. Yep. Sounds like a scam to me! BEWARE!

This serum is not working at all. I tried a few times, and my wife, too. We could also put a majo or butter on our eye skin for a few minutes, and the effect would be the same. And yes, we read description how to use it. Waste of money. Full stop. Even the company name and logion isn’t correct and does not match with the advert. Deliverybtime took dwonweeks which on those days isn't cool too. Do not waste your time and money for this scam.

Slightly different but not as advertised. It’s a good moisturizer I guess . We live and we learn. Might as well rub a potato in your hair to erase eye bags . Somewhat worthless

Does not work like the video. It's false advertisement, and they should stop taking money from people.

There’s a reason why these people have a two star rating. My experience was that their System added characters on my mailing address and the package was not delivered and returned to them. They wouldn’t even refund me the cost of the product let alone resend the product with the additional characters missing. After going backwards and forwards via email with them numerous times, they just would not budge and I basically lost the whole cost of my product. Do not use these people. They are thieves. They shouldn’t be in business.

Worst experience ever! The product doesn’t work on me (apparently that happens quite a bit) at all. I’ve tried using it several different ways and it doesn’t work. And then when I go to return the snake oil, they tell me that their company policy says never to allow returns. HUGE RED FLAG! I did some digging and their company/website is being investigated for fraud. DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF!!!

Bought the eye cream for hiding the bags,waste of money!!
