I ordered on click and collect
I ordered on click and collect. I was very disappointed with collection process no instruction where to collect. I attended at customer services desk to be told oh no not here go to the “shed” outside once was instructed pick up the phone for attention when staff member came in they said oh no it’s not here I’ll look after around 10-15 mins I was told I’ll get some one to bring one over as I waited a member of staff sauntered ove from the main building. Surely I could have saved myself time by collecting from customer ser in the first place.
Two star for the product not the click and collect bet disappointed

Great activity idea....but too simple
Great activity idea....but in reality stuffing a bear was a bit to simple. It was just put in the middle of the children's boutique on a dirty table. Not very well presented. The lady running the activity was very nice. Reasonable value as well

Leaking product and leaking replacement.
My order arrived as prr schedule.
But part of my order the Seaweed plant food leaked everywhere.
I informed your customer service what had occurred. He said he would replace the items and send me a replacement .
When the replacement arrived they too were leaking.
I did not complain again, but I will not be in a hurry to order liquid plant food again.
My first experience of ordering from yourselves was not the best.

One phone call, immediately answered by a real person, followed by a prompt exchange of explanatory emails, resulted with the missing goods being delivered the following day.

Deer and fox throw
I bought a beautiful woodland themed throw with deer and foxes on it. Well priced. It is lovely and soft and very good quality. Feels quite luxurious. Feels and looks much more expensive than the amount I paid for it.Delivery was quick. Very effecient service.
