Livraison rapide, j'ai hâte de retourner au travail pour utiliser ces magnifiques Bento 🍱😄

Je suis ravie de la qualité de la boîte à bento, d’autant qu’elle est vraiment jolie. Je recommande !!

Les articles semblent solides, sont conformes aux photos et son arrivés dans un délai vraiment raisonnable (directement du Japon !)

bad customer service broken promises. I placed order on 3/23 and I decided to go with bento and co because they promised 2 day shipping with an upcharge. despite paying 4x more, I really needed the item quickly so it was worth it to me. it is now 3/30 and I still have not received the item. I had ordered the same item from a different store 2 days later on 3/25 and have received it yesterday. I asked to cancel the item and they only refunded a small portion of the shipping charges. they say they will not cancel and if I want a refund I need to send it back (if I get it) while charging me more shipping fees while not refunding my shipping costs for them sending it. Absolutely poor customer service would not recommend. they even had the audacity to tell me I was not correct about the day I ordered it, until I sent them proof of my purchase date.

Reply to Bentos comment below: first I paid $15 dollars for 2 day shipping for a $4 product. At 4 days I emailed you saying I have not received the product in time and you said I was wrong and it has only been 3 days and that is within the parameter. Doesn't matter what time zone you are using, because the amount of days is the same. Secondly at 6 days i emailed to cancel the order which you did not do. Still have not received the product and you are saying you will only refund a $4 dollar product after I pay over $30 in shipping cost? It's now more about the principal than the money. Its ridiculous that you wont cancel a product that was supposed to come 7 days ago when i specifically paid a premium for the fastest shipping

I absolutely love my Bento!! the Kimono series SKU: 52265, I bought my son, hubby and myself one and they all loved them. I love the sturdy design and colors. The blue tri-layer modern bento SKU: 37-75523 is a bit smaller than it looks but its perfect for my son to place in his backpack so he loves it. And my husband's Big Bento is perfect for him as he eats a lot. Well worth the money and super service too!!
