After seeing several recommendations on Facebook, I contacted BeniBus after being let down by our previous transports company and at short notice they were able to help us with transfers from the airport to hotel and back again! Great communication from the drivers with live location updates and very quick and easy way to pay! Would use again and recommend to anyone travelling into the Alicante area!

Benibus was recommended by several people so I asked for a quote. Great price offered to transport 6 people, and they also included 2 baby seats. The process to book and pay for the transfer was so easy and communication was fantastic.

From first contact via email through to whatsapp from booking through to returning home the communication, price & reliability were amazing ! They replied so quickly and amended my booking time with ease! We were running slightly late and I was unable to contact our driver Ian and he waited the extra time for us!! Thank you Ian you were brilliant.There was a group of 9 of us on a hen do,We were so grateful.All in all it was a stress free experience & i highly recommend them for future visits.

Fabulous service from Benibus. Waiting at arrivals at Alicante with Ipad with lead passenger name. Straight into immaculate minibus. In no time at all 6 of us were in Benidorm Return journey just as straight forward. Brilliant.

We used Benibus when in went to Spain in the Easter holidays, April 2023. The service was a good price, reliable & friendly.
They sent full instructions of what to do when we landed & and were waiting for us when we came through arrivals, even though we were half an hour early.
We chose a hotel pick up time & they were there at that time.
You can choose to pay by card in advance or cash on airport pick up.
The drivers were friendly & drove at a sensible speed. Would highly recommend.

Susan & team were originally contacted via whats app to organise a minibus transfer from Alicante airport to Benidorm with returns for a party of 10 on a stag weekend. From first contact via whatsapp through to returning home the communication, price & reliability were top marks! Just return from our trip to Benidorm. On landing our driver was the to great us and helped with our mum who was in a wheelchair, very pleasant drive to our hotel. On the day before our return I checked our times for pick up and realized I’d given mark the wrong day. Bless his heart he had changed the days the taxi was there the next morning, I couldn’t ask for a better service. Thank you mark and the team

From confirming the booking to arriving then departing, Mark and his team kept us completely in the loop. Our flight was delayed, but the meet and greet was excellent. Our very helpful driver Arsenie escorted us to a very clean bus, and took us to our destination. Our return was excellent. Mark arrived well within collection time, with no pressure to us, loaded the cases, and again the bus was immaculate. Another great journey to the airport. I wouldn't even bother google searching for another company when I'm in the area again. Will always be Benibus for us Great price great staff Great service. Thanks to Benibus once again
