My Calmi mask stopped functioning so I tried this one. I have an extreme case of Meibomian gland dysfunction. I typically cycle it 3 times or until it runs out of water. It does moisturize quite well... Mehr ansehen

I truly like the product! It works well and I have some improvement with my dry eyes. The only complaint I have, is the doft rubber part around the mask that fits on your face, when the steam gets it wet, it irritates my skin under my eyes! They get red and swollen! I have to try and put a tissue between my skin and the mask so it doesn't cause the redness and irritation but in return it doesn't seem to fit as needed by doing this but I haven't come up with any other options! Please feel free to advise on my situation! I started using the mask on May 12th, 2026 up until this review, June 2nd, 2026! Still using just stating how long I've been using it!

I was doubtful this would work. The mask is to big for my face. I am very narrow around the temple area. But with that said, I have received relief with this product! I have used it everyday around the same time each day. I went from using Rx eye drops four or more times a day to now twice a day! the steam function is amazing. I love the higher temp setting as it seems to do more for my eyes. I contacted the company about the mask being to big and they are sending the newer version. Hopefully this will fit better. Either way, I highly recommend this product for dry eyes! It works. It is worth the money! And customer service is exceptional!

Perhaps is too early, but as of now, I don’t see a major difference! My eyes feel better right after using it, but in the morning, I still have sand and grid in my eyes. Will give it more time.

My eyes are smooth again. Healthy eyes don't notice the blinking. The grit and spiky feeling every time I blink is GONE. They are not 100% yet, but when I've spent a day in the wind and use eyedrops they feel soothing and smooth, not desperate for moisture, Just a simple wash the pollen out feeling. Day 21 and I've bought another for my daughter.

Well mor drops really didn’t help much and the warm compresses only helped for 1-2 hours. I kept seeing advertisements for Beminda(about 2months) and finally decided to try. I have been using it daily at night for 21days, so far and the cloudiness has improved and burning has improved. I would say my vision is about 40 percent better and the burning sensation is also better. Will definitely continue to use it every night

Beminda has superior customer service. The customer service reps are knowledgeable, understanding and provided fast responses with good solutions to the problem. I highly recommend Beminda. The mister has been working on my Meibomian gland dysfunction and I am relieved.

The product I received did not produce a warm enough therapeutic mist the mask did not form a good seal & was heavy resting on bridge of my nose however the retaining strap was positioned so my experience has been very disappointing… customer services responded to my complaint promising a replacement newer model but I am still waiting for its arrival

I didn't get on with this at all. It is an unbranded item, the mask is heavy, the steam doesn't feel equal on both eyes, or hot enough. And it runs out long before the ads suggest. It's also quite heavy on your face. The instructions are in a tiny, pale, font (when you're selling to a market who specifically have problems with their eyes!) and are also contradictory eg 'must use distilled water', 'do not use distilled water'.
I thought their after-sales service was great, they replied quickly with what I thought were sensible responses. But there are specific questions it simply ignores eg 'are you American' 'I want to return this item, please can you tell me the process'. And then I realised that all of their email responses are AI generated. Well engineered, but AI. However, they did give me a refund, so not all bad.

The product seemed to help open up the meibomian glands a little each day, nothing extreme but better than they were to begin with. My eyes don’t feel as dry and gritty and don’t require as many drops each day. Hoping for more improvement as time progresses! Have recommended to sister-in-law.

Unfortunately steam therapy was not all that helpful for my specific situation. My optometrist had recommended compresses which I found cooled off very fast. I ordered the product and had some issues with conflicting information provided with the device and in the emails sent. I reached out to customer service and received a clear response in a very short time. However as my ophthalmologist later indicated the meibomian glands were not the underlying cause of my dry eyes☹️

I don’t think the temperature gets up to the 107-113 degree level that is necessary for oil in glands to loosen though. I have a blinkjoy mask that does heat only and it’s definitely much hotter.

It is wonderful relief--for about 10 minutes afterword. But then the dryness comes back. Also, how does one clean out the place where the water goes? I fear that bacteria might be growing in there.

6/2/26 update
Of course I received an immediate Beminda email reply after posting my below review on TrustPilot. They apologized for their lack of communication and product safety concerns and stated they would promptly ship my eye Hydration solution with tracking information.
But the hard part for them is to actually do what they promise.
I'm still waiting on a tracking number...
Do I think I will receive it and be satisfied it will not cause eye issues?
Have to say...I think I'll be crazy to even try it as this point...
Remember Beminda, customer service is important for successful online and in person sales. For a company to be successful, they must have a Great service department and invest in it.
Original Post...Just received my Beminda kit and must say, I am NOT impressed.
It took over a month to receive my kit and during this time vendor provided no status update. When I inquired the only response received was 'pending' so had no idea when I would receive my purchase.
My kit consisted of the eye steamer, eye wand/massager and hydration solution. I also purchased an extra bottle of the Beminda Eye Hydration solution because of the types of ingredients mentioned it included to help stimulate oil gland production.
However, what I got was 2 UNMARKED pink bottles! I'm afraid to use these because the bottles have no identification. They are simply 2 pink bottles with a liquid inside and removeable screw on lids.
There was NO label identifying the product, its ingredients or a safety lid. There could be anything in these bottles.
I thought is this for REAL?
I have a serious dry eye disease combined with sensitive eyes. It has made me seriously question my purchase and it leads me to believe BEMINDA is not a legit company.
I'm waiting on a company reply but I'm not holding my breath!
