I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered something a month ago paid for expedited shipping so id for sure get it on time, and still have heard nothing. Ive reached out to them twice and still have got no response do yourself a favor and dont buy from them!

Ordered something exactly one month ago. Ordered it thinking it would be delivered before my trip 2 weeks later.. I came back from the trip, tried to cancel, was informed that it was already sent so couldn't be.

It is now 20 days later after I tried to cancel and I still haven't received my item. I live in the same country.. and the shop app still says "Waiting for details" I'll be going to the BBB soon if this isn't fixed

Got a Belvia Bra from Boots. Assistant wouldnt allow me to look in box to judge size, as boxes are sealed. I purchased anyway, but it was too small, even though it was a Large size. Boots assistant said they cannot be exchanged. Unfortunately, the till I used didnt give me a receipt. So wasted £19.99.

Wish I had read reviews first - initially looks like it fits fine (I’m large) but within minutes of walking , boobs are all over the place - packaging is so hard to open that you end up ripping the box, so no chance to return

I ordered a large and believe me don’t bother if you have a fairly big bust, the bra is made for small boobs. Sent it back disappointed

I was very impressed with the ads for Bri via bra im 38 d I visited Tesco where a lot of the bras were out of their packages tried a medium the cups were tiny and I knew by looking at it wouldnt fit me I tried large same think finally tried the XL and although the cups were marginally bigger the strap was over 4 inches short to close im 12/14 so not very heavy. Anither lady was looking at them and we chatted she was the same size as me and again not at all true to size on pack very dissapointed

I'm a 40-42 so I got the XL, the strip at the back that you have to fasten didn't even go around my back it was way way to short. These bras are made only for very thin women. I've wasted £19.99 for a bra that doesn't fit and isn't worth the price. DON'T BUY THEM YOU WILL LOSE MONEY

I have placed an order for a week when I viewed the order it was a smaller size to what I ordered.
Secondly I have been debited twice for the same product.I have sent several emails for a refund with no response.
The order is yet to be shipped for over a week and there has been no correspondence from Belvia.Theservice is poor.

Do not order from this company. It has now been 20 days since the first email I sent after being notified through a third party that my order has been "returned to sender", and I have still not received a reply. They have my money and I do not have the product, nor have I had any indication that they have attempted to re-ship it to me or refund my order.

Edit: I have now received a refund, but I truly believe it is only because l posted these reviews and it still took a very long time so I will not be changing it from 1 star.

I ordered 2 perfumes. They never shipped. I emailed them to find out what was going on and never got a response. Then I got an email saying its been refunded. Let's see if I get my money back. Very unprofessional. I would order elsewhere.

I ordered from this company and without notice they cancel the order and said I was refunded but I have not recieved the funds. They do not respond to emails and have no phone number. Until I recieve my funds I will consider this theft. And will proceed with a chargeback if not done soon. Shop here at your own risk. Update- I recieved the refund after making this review. It would be inproper to not disclose that. I still had a bad experience but they did fulfill the refund so the stress is removed.

I am so impressed at the way they packed the order and the swift delivery too.
