Rachel and Molly made are experience stress free and positive. The were both very informative and explain anything we didn't understand. The put myself and my partner at ease and gave us both really informative videos explaining the process that we could back and access any time. Daniel was very good and efficient in arranging a mortgage for me. I never would have got a mortgage without their help and despite a few extra hoops we had to jump through, nothing was too much trouble for them to sort.

Liberty Rowe, our contact person at Bell financial Solutions, and her team have been amazing to work with. Their prompt response to our queries were very helpful.
In particular, Libery was always available for us, even during weekends and at times when she was on holiday.

They provided an excellent service, with the initial call and later ongoing messages being picked up outside of my main working hours. Brilliant service from Rachel, happy to answer any questions no matter how big or small. She helped secure a cheaper rate with our current bank that we were unable to obtain ourselves. Highly recommend speaking to her whether you're a first time buyer or remortgaging.

Daniel and the team helped us navigate a protracted and difficult house purchase, they were very responsive and knowledgable - even coming through for us when the chain was about to collapse, and on a Sunday afternoon no less.

Both of them have been very supportive from the moment I got in touch with them up until the time I received the house key. I will patronise them again and again.

I normally don't write reviews, but I am very impressed with how my mortgage application was handled, and this makes me write a review. I also spoke with other firms, but the level of attention Liberty puts in and the thoroughness with which it hears all your concerns is not easy to find nowadays. Liberty will listen to all your concerns, advise you of all the possibilities, and take up all the documentation before applying to ensure everything goes smoothly. She has an Eagle eye and stays on top of your stuff. Molly on the other side assisted me and proactively advised me on all updates. My experience with Bell Financial in particular with Liberty and Molly has been amazing. It's a rare find of such personalities and I am thankful I found them. I also asked a couple of repeated questions which they already answered and their patience in dealing with me is on an extra level. @Liberty @Molly, once again, thank you so much for assisting me, and as always I do appreciate this. I will surely be back potentially for a BTL mortgage. You guys are lovely and amazing.
