Liberty and Hayley have been excellent, highly recommended. Very prompt, professional and organised. Asked all the right questions and got all of our information up front so when it came to mortgage applications they handled everything. A really smooth experience.

We’re yet to complete and their post offer contact & care has been great. We’ve gotten updates from them and it’s really refreshing to work with a company that is still committed after you’ve paid them!

Fee is on the higher side but you get it back in quality of service so for us it was totally worth it to be going into our house purchase with confidence and with the value of service.

The whole process from start to finish has been friendly and informative. When certain things didn’t go our way they went above and beyond to overcome a bad outcome from the lender really quickly. Finding us a suitable replacement, which without could have made the process really stressful. We really liked the what’s app group so all parties were involved and just general feedback weather positive or negative was always stated, so we were always in the know and could make the best decisions for us.

I honestly cannot recommend the team enough. From the first phone call I had with Liberty she was personal yet professional and I felt safe and supported in her care. Their communication has been exceptional- timely and comprehensive and nothing was ever too much for this nervous first time buyer. I hit some complications with my mortgage meaning the first was rejected due to unforeseen issues with the property itself, and the team were relentless in finding me another one and minimising any additional workload for me.
