Shocking cheap nasty clothing doesn't fit properly cheapest materials ever used tried for refund offered £15 on a ,£48 order had to get paypal to step in after bellelily refusing for 7 weeks paypal found in my favour 🛑🛑avoid at all costs🚫⛔️❌️

And now you contact me after 7 weeks and me putting it on trust pilot and having to go through PayPal your a shocking company please do not use this company to much hassle ( updated to reply on 2/8/23

I have ordered from this site multiple…

I have ordered from this site multiple times.

However, this last time I ordered my shipment got lost in transit. I reached out asking if they could locate. They sent me new tracking details to which I still never received the items. I reached back out asking for a refund or a replacement of all my items. They had all but one item still available. They asked if I could choose another item for the same amount which I still had items in my wishlist. Chose one in its place and my shipment made it to me in less than a week. I am always very pleased with items I receive but this time Customer Service was excellent!

I ordered a dress per measurements but it was much to large. I contacted customer service and was offered 1/2 of what I paid for a refund, so I didn't have to hassle with returning the item over seas. I replied back and requested an exchange for a smaller size which they agreed to but asked to confirm measurements. I confirmed measurements and suggested a refund if they couldn't do an exchange. I offered to mail the original dress back. I was told to mail the dress back and they would issue a refund. I replied back and said on second thought if you can't do an exchange just send me my partial refund. They replied back saying they would send a smaller size and not to worry about mailing the original dress back. I was asked to write a review and told they would send the smaller dress out asap. So, I will say this has been a difficult process, but I'm giving a 5 star review because the situation has been resolved and customer service has been extremely helpful. If I don't get the replacement I will update this as I see fit.

Goods came quickly but I chose to return some for a range of issues. However, the company will not supply me with an address/return label.

Instead they first tried to explain that I should have used the size chart (I did) and that differences between the picture and the item is just a risk you have to take with online shopping. They wanted me to send my body measurements and photos of the items so they could send an exchange (not sure what I was meant to do with the originals though).

When I still demanded a refund, they suggested I keep the items (which are unsuitable and I can't use, so why would I want them?) and I take a partial refund (which wouldn't be enough for me to purchase from elsewhere!).

I have rejected this offer and am waiting to hear from them about the next step, however, from reading these reviews, I'm not hopeful I will get my money back!

This company is AMAZING

This company is AMAZING! I ordered the wrong size and they went above and beyond to help me out! I ended up giving the smaller one to my daughter and it fits her perfectly and the quality of the bathing suit was excellent! Great customer service! I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Great customer service

I recently ordered from Bellelily & accidentally ordered the wrong size (my mistake) customer service got back to me very fast and made the exchange easy. Everything else I ordered (in the correct size) was great!

Excellent quality and value for money.

Ordering my dress was really easy and the website is very user friendly. I had a question for customer service on sizing and they replied to my email promptly with all the all of the information I needed. The dress arrived within a week of ordering and the quality of the item is really excellent for the cost. Would definitely recommend.
