Learned everything I needed to know to get started, more confidence now to do extensions, the ladies were lovely

I loved every second of!! They spelt my best lteachers !!!

After attending one of the two days courses in Nottingham last year January 30th & 31st 2024.
( Date on the review will not go back that far so its set for 30th January 2025 I attended 2024.) Myself and 9 others on the course all put complaints in as this company did not follow their own Terms and conditions and the tutors were very unprofessional. After the advice from citizens advice I did a charge back with my bank and won the case due to Belle Academy not contesting this. 5 days later Belle Academy applied to small claim court. I paid £525.00 for the course in the first place & this company wanted me to pay them back £1,321.76 for things I never had or received. Today I attended small claims court and won the case due to them being unprofessional and not even bothering to turn up to the court case that they applied for. Please Avoid this company at all costs. If you are thinking of booking with this company Please Make sure you read all their terms & conditions etc before commiting yourself otherwise you may find yourself in the same position I was in.

Absolutely amazing experience. Helpful and informative, and I must say a special thank you to Louisa she is absolutely amazing and really helped and supported me throughout the course. I have dyslexia and she really managed to make sure i understood and helped me while helping others. You’ve found an absolute star.

I had training in Cardiff with Emily & Shimmy, they were absolutely amazing. I learned so much from them and it was really enjoyable. Could not recommend them enough.
