Scam automatic subscription impossible to cancel

Unfortunately, my experience with Belbexa has been very disappointing.

I purchased this product with high hopes, but it did not provide the results I was expecting. The advertising and packaging gave me confidence that it would be effective, however my experience was quite different.

What has been most frustrating is the customer service and subscription handling. After cancelling my subscription, further products were still sent, and despite being advised that a refund would be issued, I am still waiting for it to be processed.

The whole experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated. A company should stand by its products and deal with customer concerns promptly and fairly. Sadly, that has not been my experience here.

I would not purchase from Belbexa again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Same as everyone else! STEER WELL CLEAR! Got subscribed (that I never did) emailed them to cancel, they responded, then two months later charged me again! Told the bank, they’ve blocked the merchant. 100% scam

There will be no suprise here that i ordered the patches that didnt work and they continued to charge my account. They dont respond to emails either. I cancelled the subscription (which i never did), yet they continue to charge me. I agree with everyone else, they need to be shut down.

I ordered one packet of the plasters. Which didn’t work. I never subscribed but 3 months later a payment was taken from my account and shipment was posted. I emailed the company and they assured me the subscription had been cancelled that day ( a subscription I never entered into) I asked for a refund many times and never received one.
3 months later and they are still trying to take money from me. Emailed them and they’re not replying. So the only solution is to cancel my debit card and re order a new one. So annoying now it’s my problem sorting my other payments out. Only way to stop it. Bank can’t stop it unless it’s a subscription set up on your bank account.

If I could put no stars I would. I bought the product once. It wasn’t any good. The company have processed repeat orders I don’t want and taken payment. I asked fur money back and got no engagement. My bank had now declined the payment. It’s basically theft.

Where is the no star option? Like everyone else I inadvertently got a subscription instead of a one time shipment. I’m not able to cancel as their website is non-functional and they do not respond to email. Canceled the payment through my credit card. Hope that works !

I would give them no stars if I could. I’ve been experiencing the same thing as others: I canceled the subscription and to my surprise, just recently got another shipment of the patches and charged. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this company. The patches are trash and don’t work.

Never use these people. They have been taking money off my account and I can't seem to stop it. I have now got the bank involved.

I bought 1 pack of this product in 2025, I tried it and cancel my subscription. To my surprise, they charged my card and sent me another one several months after cancellation. I logged-into the site and confirmed I had no active subscription, I emailed them to fix the problem to make sure I’m cancelled. I requested a refund and disputed the transaction. To my surprise, a few months after this, they keep charging my card and sending products, without an active account, without a subscription, I keep emailing and I keep disputing, Belbexa is a nightmare situation that should be shut down.

Dreadful company stay well away. I have cancelled my subscription and they confirmed cancellation but still sent the product which is utterly useless. Avoid at all costs

Belbexa is a totally scam company.
Avoid them at all costs. Not only are there NO chemicals on their skin tabs but oce they have your details, they will remove money from your account without consent.

Be careful with Belbexa. I bought removal patches (that’s literally the only thing they sell)from them once and NEVER subscribed to anything, but they kept charging my account every month. I contacted them multiple times asking to cancel it, and they even emailed me several times confirming the subscription was canceled — yet the charges continued. Watch out and double-check your bank statements before dealing with this compan

Do NOT buy from this company! I never signed up for automatic subscription and I cannot stop them. I cancel and they say ok, and then two months later they deduct money from my a product I do not want!

They are a scam as per all the messages here on trust pilot. I unfortunately did not read these before buying.
They have auto enrolled me into a subscription which I never asked and take money from my account. I have written to them and canceled it 3 times now. They assure me it's canceled and agin the next month the money comes out of my account. I am now in a dispute with The bank to claim my money back. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE GUYS THEY A MASSIVE SCAM!

Total scam. You are tricked into a subscription that you can't cancel.
Get confirmation email that subscription cancelled, but still bill you.

Terrible company. Keep charging the account even though after the first shipment I cancelled. Had to change my cc.

They are a big scam. Placed one order and they keep sending orders by themself and charging my account. Authorities should take immediate action. They should be black listed.
