Beko is the very best Tumble dryer I ever bought.
Previously I had different brands of heat pump dryers that didn’t dry well and didn’t have reverse motion, turning all bedding clothes into balls. I was very disappointed in purchasing this dryer. Finally, I decided to buy a different brand after I checked all the specifications. I purchased a Beko condenser tumble dryer. The machine has reversed motion and dries excellently. I am more than happy to purchase Beko tumble dryers.
Baffling instructions
The operating instructions for both washing machine and to a lesser extent the dishwasher are far too confusing. The extensive booklets were obviously written by somebody who knows the machines technically intimately and not for the new average domestic user. I can't find any mention of cycle duration but plenty on water usage. Neither machine's display panels seem to show duration or time left.
Warranty service is a joke
I bought a Beko dishwasher in October 2024. After just one month, it stopped working—Error 02 on the screen, which, according to Google, means no water or low water pressure.
That time, they sent an "engineer" within a few days. He showed up, looked around, and—wait for it—removed the filter from the hose. 😂 Genius-level engineering! Apparently, that tiny filter sometimes blocks the water flow.
Fine. Fast forward exactly one month later—same error, same dead dishwasher. But this time, since it was just before Christmas, I was forced to wait nearly a month for the "engineer" to come back. They initially told me "two working days", but that magically turned into a month because, after New Year, the engineer’s van broke down. 🤦
Finally, two weeks ago, he showed up, did something, the machine started working again, mumbled something about "vault" and left. Exactly one week later? Dead again. Same error.
So now, I've been without a dishwasher for a month and a half. The next step? A spare part! Which was promised to arrive today—of course, that never happened. Now, they say it’ll be here next week… or maybe not???
Thank you, Beko, I paid for the dishwasher and washing dishes myself! Never ever!
AVOID
One word AVOID at all costs. Beko Customer service for Republic of Ireland is very poor. I was left holding on phone for 20 mins and still no contact. The item is still under warranty and they still have not been in contact to have repair / inspection.
Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. I waited on hold for 40 minutes in relation to a problem with my fridge. I was told to call another company to assist. The number they gave me did not work. Complete and utter waste of time.

Bought a replacement dishwasher
Bought a replacement dishwasher, replacing a Hisense machine which was beyond repair. This Beko machine is so much better and the (only 3 year old) Hisense one! I've had Beko before and would definitely recommend them.
Refusing to replace fire hazard
Our Beko hob popped 3 months ago, so we had an engineer visit and rewire.
Our house at the time was 3 months old.
The wiring was melted.
The same issue happened again last week.
We had to wait 6 days for the same engineer to arrive and attempt the same work, with an attitude that he couldnt care less. He didnt understand why the electrics had melted, saying 'it happens.'
The part he needed to fix it is now another 5 days away. Everytime we try to get in touch we need to stay on hold for an hour.
We are now facing our first Christmas in our new home, with no oven and no hob.
They are refusing to replace it, despite the fire hazard.

I am extremely disappointed with my Beko washing machine and the lack of support from their customer service team. After just three years of use, the machine's drum has developed significant rust, which is causing red and brown stains on nearly all white clothes that cannot be removed.
We’ve made several efforts to resolve the issue, including:
Using color catchers,
Trying different detergents,
Running multiple cleaning cycles, and
Cleaning the water reservoir.
Unfortunately, none of these have worked, and we are now losing nearly all of our white clothes. When I reached out to Beko customer service for help, they were unhelpful and offered no solutions or assistance.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expected much better quality and customer service from a brand like Beko. I would not recommend their products to anyone.
