Beercocks have been amazing with me, all the way through my purchase. They have gone above and beyond to chase things up and also being understanding of my personal situation. If I am to sell in the future, I will be using them.

Grace has been great from start to the end of her part of the selling process. Updated daily either by phone or email. Made it easier for us as we are in Blackpool and selling a property in Hull

The service was unhelpful, uncommitted, and unprofessional. First, be aware that you have to pay £50 per buyer for ID verification—a fee they don't disclose upfront. You only find out about this payment once you make an offer. Furthermore, the communication was poor throughout the process. Even after the transfer was complete, they failed to provide clear information regarding key collection. Despite being the legal owner of the property, I had no idea when the keys would be handed over. I had to call them repeatedly just to get an exact time, and even then, I was told I had to collect the keys from their office myself. I will not use their service again in future.

Working with Jemma was an absolute pleasure! As first-time buyers, we were nervous, but Jemma took the time to explain everything and was always available for our million questions.

Beercocks have provided the service we would expect from a local agency who knows the marketer the area. The staff were extremely helpful and motivated. Beercocks from start to SSTC have been superb and we highly recommended by us.Firstly I explained we are having to wait for a grant of probate to be able to sell,Rob clearly explained the process to us when he came to value and photograph the property he was very professional,knowledgeable and understanding with our situation.Then we mainly dealt with Reanna , what we thought was going to be quite a stressful process Reanna made it easy for us she showed genuine care and support. Again she very professional, knowledgeable with outstanding communication, I highly recommend this company. I found that the WhatsApp group that was set up was easier at times due to shift work but also emails where answered promptly too.
