Website is user friendly, as is customer service. Delivery spot on no complaints. Only issue I had was the quality of the item, described as "luxury" but was more "standard" in my opinion.

Many thanks for your feedback. We understand the assembly of the ottoman bed frames can be quite tricky, and require two persons in order to assemble. Also, the hydraulic arms, before being first used, have seals in them and unfortunately its not usually clearly on the manufacturers assembly instructions that these seals located inside the hydraulic arms need to be broken; in order for the pistons to move up and down easily when in use. We have requested in the past for the manufacturer to state this on the instructions, but unfortunately they are yet to update them. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during the assembly of your new bed frame. We are pleased you're finding your new product comfortable.

This was the first time I bought from bed sos. I bought 2 wooden bedframes and 2 memory foam mattress. The order arrived very quickly and the correspondence with Eleanor from bed sos was also great. As per our one to one conversation when you arrived today we are just an online retailer and were very apologetic in explaining this. We spoke to you an explained that all the beds go direct from our warehouse hence there is no need for a shop front. This has allowed us to expand our business on a national level rather than just a local level as most local retailers struggling and run at a loss. We want to grow as a business and might look to open shops in the near future put the premises have to meet our business model as retail shops are hard as per the issues on the high street at the moment.

Ordered a mattress and ottoman bed. Mattress was delivered next day (less than 24 hours after ordering) and bed 2 days later. Amazing service and super fast, great prices and quality. Would highly recommend.

So the bed is STILL not going to be…
So the bed is STILL not going to be delivered... should have been yesterday! but apparently their next day delivery service isn't a next day at the moment!... So don't advertise a next day service! It will be with me today - NO it won't the courier has called (which apparently they did yesterday - NO they didn't) to say BedSOS has given them the wrong address at the other end of the country! They will 'try' and call me to arrange re-delivery - 'hopefully' tomorrow! Now BedSOS told me yesterday that they had spoken to DXDelivery and actually passed on not only my address but also the directions as they couldn't 'find it' - So how is it that the courier still has the wrong address!? Between the 2 companies, I'm not sure who is covering for who! but I don't like being treated like an idiot! Don't use BedSOS as clearly between themselves and the courier company they use they can't actually organise anything! other than a cover-up, which they have also done very badly!

The bed was dispatched on Friday and should have arrived on Monday(yesterday)
We dispatch all goods on a next day delivery service (weekends not included) how even though we pay the couriers a premium for next day deliveries can take 2-4 working days as here:

As per conversations we emailed you as the courier could not find the house! After phone calls yesterday we believed this was a courier issue however it has come to light this morning a human error occurred and the wrong post code was attached when you spoke to the courier.
We do apologise about this as this is just a human error.
Due to this we offered a 10% refund and to redeliver the goods tomorrow(Wednesday)
However as this was not suitable as per your email we have recalled the goods and issued a full refund as requested. Please note even though we have actioned a full refund this will hit your bank in 3-7 working days depending on your card issuer.
We apologise for the human mistake on this order and have tried to be professional in resolving this issue.
