Excellent service from start to finish. Delivery time was better than quoted and the bed I ordered is perfect! I would definitely use these guys again. The service was professional too and they adhered to Covid policies which was pleasant to see. Highly recommended!

Delivery was quick and quality is amazing.

Delivery was fine, bed is lovely and I managed to put it together myself, HOWEVER one of the rods at the end of it was not in aligned with the post as it was a nightmare to get the screws in. Took me ages especially cus I was doing it on my own, anyway needless to say the screw is half way in that connects the side rod to the top of the bed post,it sqweeks and moves about. Other than that it's a lovely bed.

So angry and disappointed bought a single divan very cheaply made draws don't close and the sliders are plastic and I payed extra for Chrome sliders..
Will not be recommending this place

payed extra for gliders and got sent the scabby free wheels anyway a month later and I am still waiting on them being sent out after 2 emails saying they have just been sent or they sending by post office then changed to courior then back to post office feckin joke wish I had read the reviews 1st

This company lacks every sense of professionalism or customer care. They are very lackadaisical about their service and quality.
1. The Delivery: This is really poor, in fact, way below the least of standard. I ordered a divan bed, mattress and pillows on 21/07/2020, and the promised delivery date was within 3-4 working days. This is over a month order was made I am still sleeping on the floor because they refused to deliver. I have called severally, sent them emails, no response.
At a point, i could tell that they were cherry-picking their calls. When they mistakenly pick my call, they would promise me that i would get my order in few days.
This is the scheme they use. Promise and fail scheme.
They even had the nerves to tell me that i should chase up my order with the delivery company, even though I never had any contract with the delivery company.
After about 2 weeks of marathon calls to them. They delivered only the divan board and headboard. I have been chasing them up for the bed and pillow since then, to no avail. They keep procrastinating. Promise and fail scheme.
Summing up some faith I assembled the board, hoping the bed and pillow will be delivered within a day or two. Then there was a great revelation about the bed....
2. Quality: This was way way below par. It was obviously made with inferior material. The finishing was nothing to write home about. The look of the bed feels so unsafe. The platform on which the mattress will sit feels like its going to break at any minute. It feels like a Plywood was used. You could feel the wood sinking in.

I say NO NO to Bedsland. Kindly avoid this company by all means. Do not let their price lure you. You will pay with your peace of mind!!!

Brilliant bed good customer service would highly recommend

Great company! Sofa got delivered on time as they said; driver rang me exactly 30 minutes before , informing me of when he will arrive. The driver was really driendly helped me bring the sofas in too which was nice as I was anxious about getting the sofas in. The sofas were in great condition too. Daniel was the main person I spoke to who provided me with great customer service. All in all, great company! Thanks . Will deffinitely recommend to friends and family.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Placed order and immediately received e mail confirmation and an invoice. The next day received another e mail saying the courier company has been contacted and expect delivery within 5-7 working days. After reading other reviews, thought there would be a problem, called the 0800 number on their website it rang and went to a mobile number voice mail service, left a message. I have received no further communication from this company and have not received what I ordered! Have contacted the bank and they have taken a dispute up with this company. Please do not order anything from this company it is a complete SCAM!!

Ordering is easy but communication terrible! Wrong bed arrived (wrong headboard and wrong size) Eventually 2nd bed arrived, but with wrong size mattress and missing bolts to attach the headboard! Third time lucky - got the right item. But quality is very poor and despite the low price, wouldn’t order again.

Appalling company! I received king size bed and Mattress fine however also ordered a double mattress however on receiving it the mattress was the wrong size. After ringing the company for weeks I finally got an email requesting £50 for the exchange and delivery of the new mattress. Waited in on the day stated and the man came to collect the old mattress but said there had been a mix up and no mattress to deliver however he would return the next day to complete the delivery. Waited in all day however no delivery. Tried emailing bedsland and calling the courier however no response. After 6 weeks A new date was confirmed for delivery and they rang at 8.30pm the day prior to check address details etc. Waited in and again no delivery!! Emailed and rang again and 2 days later was informed the van had broke down but we would get the mattress in due course. I am now taking legal action as no refund will be granted and no new confirmed delivery date can be agreed. Meanwhile my daughter has no mattress!!!!! Do not use this company!

Further update. Now 3 months later and legal action is in progress as they are ignoring my emails and calls and will not refund the amount I paid for the mattress that They cannot deliver plus they keep changing their story I.e the van broke down, the mattress was not loaded onto the van in error etc! If they cannot fulfill my order that’s fine however I expect at least the amount paid for the mattress to be refunded but this company are incapable of cooperating. This company are THIEVES, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Shockingly bad service. I’m still waiting on delivery after 8 weeks. Am having to go through my bank to try and resolve via a dispute as this company will not answer phones or reply to emails, let alone deliver a bed.

Shocking and appalling service. They do not answer the phone, return your calls, respond to emails or deliver the bed. Received a text saying my bed would be delivered the next day, and it did not arrive.
Have now received a refund 1 month and 4 days after my order. I eventually managed to get through to someone after several emails and phone calls. They advised me it was an error on their couriers part who failed to make the delivery.
