I’m very concerned the fact I was never told I could actually have court proceedings against me on my accounts turned over to Bedrock. I’ve had papers served on me once and so fearful of several more. I’ve never been sued in 67 years. I’m actually scared now.

Extremely easy to deal with, everyone I dealt with was professional and very efficient.

Absolutely horrible experience! Lack of communication is absurd. You make a request that they do not withdraw from you account. They tell you it takes anywhere from 48 to 72 hours. Ha you will never hear from them. You can email over and over and still not hear anything back! You call to speak to someone and the call wait time is ridiculous! They ask if you want a call back instead of waiting. Don't do it! You will never get that call back but instead have to sit on wait forever all over again! When you actually get a hold of someone 9 out 0f 10 times they are not of any help whatsoever. I put a lot of money into them! Im talking thousands and only got 1 settlement for $300 and something and they settled with someone else for $700 something which Ive made the last 2 payments on my own. Where did the rest of my money go? I got court papers served to my home and emailed them copies! Never got a response back! Then got more papers from same office stating I defaulted. spoke to someone about it from Bedrock they said someone would contact me and no one ever did! As I type I am still on hold waiting to terminate my membership! I don't want it anymore! Its so not worth it. I have collectors calling me all the time which obviously means Bedrock has not contacted them at all. What kind of business are these people running? Doesn't seem too professional to me.They dont even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give!

I started the program with bedrock legal a year ago. They called to tell me I'm graduating after they finally get my settlements done which mind you I only had six of them to settle. They do not tell you that they're taking money out of your account on top of the fees that you agreed upon at the time you signed up. I will never go through them again they take your money and I don't know what they do with it go to lunch or something but they lie to you tell you you're getting one refund but then they take more money from you and give you another refund. I have approximately $3,077 that they can't account for with me because they took their sweet time and then kept taking my money! Granted my settlements were done but that was on their terms and then their monthly fees plus Ram settlement fees! I think they are a rip-off

I started this program one year ago, and it has not been a good experience. Although, knowing some of what to expect did not prepare me for what was to come. A few months after starting the program, I started receiving harassing phone calls from Amex and Discover. Not only did I receive calls, but also was served a court summons at my doorstep. Everything asked of me as a client was done, such as forwarding any correspondence received from my creditors. Upon following up, I began to realize they were doing nothing with the correspondence that I was faxing to them. To make a long story short, Amex and the court filed judgement against me and garnished my bank account for $6,000. Before the garnishment took place, I tried to make arrangements with Amex myself but it was too late. Because I was informed not to communicate with any creditors and let them handle everything, this is the position I’m in now. My only solution was to file for bankruptcy to keep them from garnishing my paycheck.
In the process, I lost 5500 in payments to them and 6000 in a bank garnishment. I could have paid off 3 or 4 accounts with that kind of money. The only settlements paid off were 2 totaling a little over a $1000 within a year. I am extremely upset with the lack of communication between the law firm and creditors. In addition, the lawyer who was assigned to me at the beginning of the program was not even assigned to my case. After speaking with her, she had no recollection of what was going on with my file. Beware if thinking about using this firm! It doesn’t appear they have the client’s best interest at heart. I believe they are out to make money!

I received my first program settlement proposal today and it was a good experience. The proposed settlement was good and the customer service agent that worked with me was great.

Great company always trying to help the custumer.

This company is a scam. They were supposed to negotiate 4 of my debts. Instead, they allowed all companies to take me to court and didn't try to contact any of them until after I had begun going to court. They did NOTHING for over a year other than take my money. The attorneys representing the companies were open to negotiating and BEDROCK legal Group didn't even try to contact them. I was able to contact the attorneys myself right away and didn't have to leave a voice message for any of them. DO NOT use this company. They took my money and refuse to refund any of it. They ruined my credit and took my money for nothing.

I feel they could have communicated better at the start of the process. I was told several things like my credit score would go down (very low) and warned on many things so i expected bad things credit wise. I did not know however that they didn't even contact the creditor (besides changing the address to bedrock at the creditor) until they are ready. I was shocked when Amex filed a suit against me only 4 months into the program. basically they stop paying your bills and wait till you have enough money to pay the first card off before they contact the first creditor. They sort the creditors by aggressiveness, like amex almost always threatens legal action and rarely settles for anything less than what your bill says so they were #1 on my list with Bedrock. Im not mad at Bedrock but some of these things could have been communicated earlier so there weren't any major shocking moments, like a deputy showing up at my door. Overall, i am happy with my settlements and other than long hold times when you call, and a little more communication needed up front, they have always helped me and taken whatever time i needed to explain something to me.

Bad bad, why don't they ever contact anyone.. I would like to know if they would contact my lawyer to avoid a lawsuit for breach of contract. I guess I will find out.

I am extremely satisfied with the manner my account with Bedrock Legal has been serviced.

THIS “ legal firm” IS A BIG SCAM!! I’d write more, BUT it would be wise not to and let KARMA do it’s job!!>:-)

*Update: Called, emailed and called twice after my initial call on 5/11/18. Haven’t heard back. I guess my email to them with detailed timeline and information of what they have done has got them worried. I’ve already escalated this matter and will escalate even further. Shady business this firm does!!!!

I wish I never done this . Had great credit and .i can not make it month to month case it is taking out over half of my paycheck after taxes. And I never here about and up dates and I always get a thank you for my payment. I do not know how many years I have. At least I was making payments on my credit cards and my credit was great. I guess I really did not understand the program.

I have had some very tough times since I have joined Bedrock & I must say they have stood beside me through each & every one. It has been very reassuring through those tough times they have been willing to work with me on my program. I admit I have read some scathing reviews about Bedrock after I had joined but I have been blessed with the customer service I have received this far. That includes their legal side as well as a creditor even tried to sue me, even though I told them from day one I was going through Bedrock. Bedrocks team was right on it & went into high gear to take care of it. So they get 5 stars from me.

They are scammmers, never even showed up to my court date, no excuses or anything ..my bank account got levy. And they said they were negociateing and come to fi d out they wernt do anything but collecting my money, then when i cancel out of the roughly 2300 bucks i paid in they said i had 173 buck in my account....lol the reat went to fees but yet they didnt do anything except put me in a worse position.

They are presently working on my credit debt. Easy to work with and very thorough. I will recommend to anyone needing credit card debt help.
