They say the return policy is easy

They say the return policy is easy. Not true I had ordered 2 different mattress pads for my son who is in rehab. He picked the one he liked the other one wasn’t opened…
When I tried to get return information they want u to take pics send to prove it isn’t opened
They want ur life story..
Be careful with this company they don’t want u to return.. I don’t think ill ever order from them again

Excellent mattress pad

I tried this mattress pad for several days, and honestly, I was surprised. It feels soft and comfortable, and it helped make my bed look plush. Plus, it fits the mattress well and doesn't shift around during the night. It's a great option if you want to add more comfort to your bed.

I like it very much

I like it very much, the quilt is both soft and high quality.
It provides both a comfortable and very comfortable sleep.

it is comfortable

it is comfortable, but I certainly didn't get any better sleep. Woke up to same pain I always have.

A comfortable pad

The mattress pad lived up to the advertisement I saw. It fits perfectly on my twin XL bed. The comfort level improved a lot with the pad. The color was black but its color fast. I like the pad and the return policy was stated also.

My delivery was sooner than you said so…

My delivery was sooner than you said so I was happy to put it on my bed.
I have had it on for almost a week and I love it.
I figured I'd try this before getting a new mattress and so glad I did.
Not to many companies products do what they say. I have had several.
