Compassionate and kind
From the beginning when I was conversing by text with Jade to my calls with Dale Lancaster , I feel I’ve been listened to with no judgement . Be Debt Free, super friendly staff, but they are just a go between and hand you off to the worst IVA Practioner on this planet who has countless bad reviews for losing paperwork, not doing the job of a practioner. Avoid like the plague and save yourself the stress. Go with an actual reputable IVA firm.

I just want to start by saying Dale Lancaster is an absolute star. Speaking to someone about debt can be so intimidating and I was terrified if I am honest to open up. Dale had no judgement, explained everything so well and called when he said he would. I feel I would not have been able to complete this process without his help and support.

Good Experience
I seen the ad on Tik Tok and didn’t know whether it was real or not as it seemed to good to be true. I’ve been struggling with debt for a long time and felt really alone as I never ask for help. I reached out to them and after speaking with Lewis Morgan’s I felt really overwhelmed by the amount of help I was offered. He has took a weight off my shoulders and provided me with a plan that is really affordable to me. He was very understanding and was not judgemental. Lewis took the time to explain everything and go over anything I was unsure about. I’m able to get hold of him if need to , which I was reassured by as most companies you don’t have the 1-1 personalised calls /messages. Would definitely recommend!!
