Jack has been just amazing helping me with every step! I was so frightened and scared of being judged due to my high debts but jack made me feel so at ease and reminded its not the end of the world. Amazing team to work wirh very helpful, no judgement from the people I have spoke to and have been very helpful most of it was sorted through WhatsApp I wasnt rushed to make a decision about anything, was able to asked questions through WhatsApp if I thought of anyrhing, the service has been amazing the team gave me options and recommended the best solutions for me have done all the paper work for me stress free, and are always rhere to help if things change.

Very clear and informative information given. Helped me every step of the way, especially Jodie Done, she made me feel at ease with everything and was very friendly and understanding plus she was just a lovely person to deal with. All the other people I dealt with were also very nice to deal with aswell but just wanted to mention Jodie personally as she dealt with so much of my queries in the first steps of the process
