Excellent beds, it is the second time I bought and I am delighted, they are very comfortable and I am happy to have chosen them.

Thank you for this beautiful bed. It is pure luxury, and we are both sleeping like babies from the 1st night we got it. It was so easy to build aswell. 10 out of 10 for communication, delivery, price, and comfort. Thank you guys..

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a bed and I will admit the communication and turnaround was excellent and in general the physical quality of the bed was good. However the colour and style of the bed was not as advertised . The button details were completely different to what was shown and worst of all I requested cream plush velvet but received a yellow/gold cream bed .

When discussing with the company, firstly they stated that they get different tones of “cream plush velvet” in each month. Which is not stipulated anywhere and obviosuly people are choosing their bed from images posted . Can you image ordering a black car from Audi and a dark grey arriving and them saying “the paint tone of black we use each month varies but they are all black “ … NO. The customer should at least be aware of this before actually making a Purchase.

The company did not wish to take accountability for the huge differentiation between images advertised and what was recieved . Of note , the image I had ordered my bed based on was also being advertised by bedroom king online and on Pinterest without any logo. The company are a fraud and appear to be using generic images predominately.

Extremely poor customer service , no accountability or efforts to resolve the issue. The company only wanted to focus on the fact I said the quality was good despite the issues raised re : colour and design being falsely advertised . Please shop elsewhere as my bed is now for resale on adverts and Facebook market after only receiving it yesterday as the bed itself just will not work in my room as the colour difference is too drastic .

Bought a bed before Christmas the headboard came damaged with large holes on it
They told me they would send a replacement headboard after Xmas and are now ignoring all my messages until I left comments on their instagram posts
They then changed the agreement of sending a replacement headboard and even saying that the damage could have happened in our house despite me texting them within moments of receiving the bed
Extremely disappointing service, paid full price for a damaged bed

From ordering to delivery the process was professional & smooth! I highly recommend Beds4u!

Received the 5ft newcline bed this morning. Took less than 1hr to build. A real well built, solid unit with lift up built in storage. This is crushed velvet, teal blue. Was able to pick my delivery day. Paid small deposit and rest on delivery. Would highly recommend this company and if buying beds in future they'll get my business!

I needed a bed with certain measurements and the staff was very helpful. From ordering to receiving the bed and mattress everything was very easy and straight forward. They even arranged a delivery date to suit me.

Thank you so much for my new bed. Ordered on Thursday and received on Sunday, speedy service & delivery as planned & exactly on time. Everything arrived as expected, & as someone who has never purchased something like this online before I was initially nervous but Bed4u made this process as seamless as possible. Great customer service from the beginning sending a variety of pics of different assembled beds to ensure I picked the right one for me right through to assembly where video guidance was issued if I had any difficulties putting it together. There is no doubt at all about the quality of these products, solid products and such incredibly high quality. Great bed, honest company & a very happy customer - great experience all round. Definately recommend purchasing from Beds4u. Next time I need a bed I'll be looking nowhere else.

Bought a fantastic bed from Beds4U and was delivered in a couple of days. Extremely high quality bed. Put together in less than ten minutes and is solid. Very high quality frame very high quality material with a perfect finish. Delivery driver kept in touch and was a very nice guy. Very personal service. I genuinely cannot praise this company enough. We have been ripped off by bed companies before so was nervous about using a store found on Facebook but when I explained this the company here understood my worry and made every effort to give me a hassle free purchase. I would recommend this company all day long and will now only buy beds from this company. Buy with confidence people this company is brilliant and the bed I have is no different from a bed you will find in a high end bed store. Ten stars guys

I was extremely skeptical of buying a bed on Facebook, so worried I wasn't going to end up with what I ordered! BUT OMG MY BED IS BEAUTIFUL great service on messenger and the person who delivered my bed was very nice too, I will add that when it arrived there was a few screws missing from the legs, but I was able to pop some in myself. I rang the number I was provided with and explained I can put some in myself. He did offer to come a collect the bed and get it sorted! Also I did order a full memory foam mattress but it is very firm? Not sure if that is what a memory foam mattress is meant to be like? Other than that everything was great easy to put up! Thankyou so so much Bed4U I love it definitely recommend

HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, SEND THE WRONG ITEMS AND ACT LIKE ITS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT, BE ABUSIVE AND RUDE ON TEXT YET IS SCARED TO ANSWER CALLS, CHARGE DIFFERENT PRICES TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE, ITEMS ARE SECOND HAND DIRTY AND FAULTY. THIS IS COMPANY IS TRASH. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY WILL NOT AND DO NOT PROVIDE RECEIPTS DESPITE MULTIPLE REQUESTS. KAMRAN DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS AFTER YOUR FINAL PURCHASE. DO NOT USE! Delighted with our new bed, highly recommend.
Very helpful and responds straight away to any queries no matter what day or time it is.
Ordered the bed on a Tuesday and it arrived that weekend, incredible turnaround time. They even customised the headboard height for us in that time frame to fit beneath the window shown in the picture.
We went for the gas lift storage option, so lots of storage space underneath too which is a bonus.

I ordered a Superking size ottoman bed. I was assured the bed will be taken upstairs and assembled.Delivery driver left in the living room and didn't want to take it upstairs and said he won't assemble. Called the company and they are blaming the delivery people.I have asked them to collect the bed and refund. As the service promised didn't happen.They refused to do this.And wouldn't respond properly on the phone.Avoid this.Poor customer service and the quality is okay,but not worth the money.
