I recently bought Face Facts Hydrating day cream ,its advertised as 50ml , its not, even the box it comes in has been altered to make you think your getting a 50ml product. So beware your not getting as much as you think, or pay for.

The customer service team responded to all emails very quickly and we're always so helpful in all communications. There was an issue with an item and the team immediately offered an apology and a refund. As a first time customer I felt valued and supported. A fantastic team.

I visited the beauty outlet in the galleria Hatfield today and I was looking for a couple of things but didn't have great knowledge of how to use them and even where in the shop to find them, I spotted an assistant who I'm ashamed to admit thought "he's going to be useless". How wrong could I have been, this lovely (let's say, more mature than the average assistant you'd expect to find in a beauty shop) man couldn't have been more helpful, he knew every inch of the shop and he gave me expert advice on how to use certain items I had purchased. At the till he continued to show me things he thought I might find useful, things I would never have given a second glance but I am so glad that he did show me because I love them. This lovely man deserves a mention because he is actually brilliant at his job, I wish all assistants were as friendly and as knowledge as him

I recently visited the Beauty Outlet at The McArthur Glen Outlet and was overly amazed with the items in store. I purchased a number of items and was shocked at how reasonable the prices were.

My daughter selected some hair clips that she liked online which have been delivered and the quality is more than i could image. I also purchased the mystery beauty box just to see what it was like and WOW!! The items are phenominal and wouldn't expected to have received so many bits from makeup, to body washes, through to nail varnish.

I shall definately be purchasing online again and also when i'm local to visit the store in person.

May i also add that the delivery service was very quick. I ordered my items on Wednesday and they arrived next day.

Great products and very pigmented I got two eyeshadow palettes for 9.99 including shipping which is a real bargain. Arrived in 2 working days thank you so much.

I brought 6 bottles of perfume from the shop at the O2 . They were not expensive, but they just a little treat for my teenage grandchildren. I was very disappointed to find 3 that are in tins and sealed have no lids. The ones on display did have lids .
I complained to the company who said they don’t come with lids . This makes them look like testers. I wouldn’t have brought their I had known they had no lids.As if I give the grandchildren these 3 will have a perfect gift .3 will have what looks like a cheap sample. I understand customers may have put the wrong lids on display bottles.As they say only some of these perfumes have lids.They say I can return them to a store . That doesn’t help me, I don’t have a store anywhere near me . Very disappointed!

Incredibly fast delivery and really high-quality products, with a surprisingly large variety as well. I even found a product here that’s usually very hard to find, so I was super excited about that. The customer service team was also friendly, responsive and keen to help. Highly recommended!

I went in the evening time and my daughter opened a tested she squeeze it a bit and It all seemed to explode everywhere onto her . She asked for a tissue and she got the reply "sorry we ran out " . Then the lady asked were it had exploded . We showed her and she started to accuse her that she had intentionally done it . My daughter was very upset as she had not done it on purpose . Then that lady started to get annoyed that she had to clean up and said to my daughter , youv made a right mess havnt you
