La livraison a été très rapide et j'ai reçu mes articles en très bon état. Le service client était également de premier ordre parce que je les ai contactés pour le numéro de suivi et ils ont répondu en moins de 24 heures.

Mauvais expérience
J'ai déjà laissé un commentaire pour une commande que j'ai passé le 01/01/2025, que je n'ai toujours pas reçu jusqu'à date d'aujourd'hui, du coup j'ai contacté le site il y'a une semaine par mail pour avoir une explication et toujours pas de réponse claire, ni colis ni remboursement, très mauvaise expérience et aussi très mauvais service client en cas de problème, je déconseille fortement.

I can see you placed the order 13/12 and it was delivered to the chosen parcelshop 19/12. You have been informed about this on e-mail both 19/12 and 23/12, however since you did not pick it up in due time it was returned to us 30/12. As we also informed you on e-mail, it is the customers responsibility to ensure to pick up their package when it is ready for pickup. We also always send a link with tracking once the order leaves our warehouse.
We got it back to us 10/1 and we have refunded you according to our terms which you accept when placing the order. As mentioned on our website and in the e-mail we have sent to you, if the customer does not pick up in due time they will pay for the returnshipping as well as the shipping to the customer.
If you have any questions please let us know as we are ready to help.

I can see you have not contacted us regarding your order which saddens us, as we have not been given the chance to help you before you wrote the review. If anything happens during transport or a package has not bene delivered within the expected days we would like to be contacted so we can find out what is happening togehter with the shipping company.
You placed the order on 24/12 and it was to be expected that there will be delays due to the holidays. Your order was packed 27/12 and since DHL does not collect orders from us in the weekend, your package was picked up by DHL 30/11.
I can see your order has been delivered today. We hope you are still able to use the products, otherwise you are naturally welcome to return the order.

Vous avez passé votre commande le 7/11 et le même jour nous avons préparé et emballé votre commande. Le lendemain, DHL a récupéré le colis dans notre entrepôt et le 14 novembre, il a été livré à l'endroit de votre choix. DHL ne travaille pas le week-end et le jour où la société de livraison a récupéré votre colis compte comme jour 0 (cela s'applique à la plupart des sociétés de transport). Votre colis est donc livré dans les 2 à 5 jours prévus.
Je ne sais pas ce que vous entendez par « échantillons ». Nous ne disposons pas toujours d'échantillons des produits que nous vendons, mais lorsque nous en avons, nous les ajoutons automatiquement aux commandes. Cependant, ce n'est pas quelque chose que nous annonçons sur votre confirmation de commande, donc je ne sais pas où vous l'avez vu.
Nous espérons que vous êtes satisfait de votre produit et que nous aurons l'occasion de vous revoir.
