Terrible use of packaging - very Bad for the environment
They used SO much bubble wrap for these plastic products that receiving them was quite a shock - terrible consideration of the environment. Please try and reduce waste!

Placed an order with beautizone on 29th of November. I still have not received my order. I phoned beauizone on Friday 9th of December and spoke to Customer Services who told me he would look into my order and call me back to update me on where my order was however this did not happen. I haven’t received my order will not be ordering anything else from Beautizone again.

I feel let down!
Tried to phone company 0208 640 8595 at least 8 or 9 times during the week to find out if they had my order in stock! Nobody ever answered the phone on that number. So I Emailed them this morning & I was informed that Royal Mail had NOT shown any updates since dispatch. They did however give me an instant refund I'm a bit suspicious as the product on order miraculously disappeared from their website
