Great service and price with quick delivery.

I ordered a Tag Heuer watch but unfortunately it was out of stock. I was offered a similar higher priced watch for the same price or told they could order me one. I agreed to order one and the service was brilliant. They kept me advised on progress and said that they would try their best to get it delivered before Xmas. They did as promised. I would definitely use them again.

Easy to order and delivered on time. Fantastically packaged for a present to give.

Good Transaction, good price

I know that a watch is a watch and essentially the same wherever you buy it from BUT the advice, service and dedication to make me happy that I received from Nigel was exceptional. They have made buying for my sons 18th birthday a real pleasure - I rarely write reviews but I feel that this old school service should be recognised and shared.

After been let down by another online retailer, ordering a watch for my wife’s 60th birthday, I contacted Beards late Friday afternoon (Nigel), paid for a Breitling watch which arrived the next day (Saturday) - all nicely gifted wrapped too. So after waiting 10 weeks from another retailer and having to cancel. Beards saved the day with superb service and I thoroughly recommend them :)

The earrings look lovely but do not stay on the ear and then hang down which means they can come off completely. I looked forward to their arrival but haven’t worn them outside for fear of loss, a very expensive disappointment karen

The only negative was with entering the billing and delivery address, using the type-ahead address lookup, so I had to set up a duplicate address as couldn't edit/correct it

Brilliant customer service received. Soon after ordering I was asked if I’d like the watch if ordered adjusting before is was shipped, to which I said yes! The watch then arrived the very next day, was so pleased I didn’t have to worry about going and getting it altered after it had arrived. Friendly and very efficient service!

I would like to thank Nigel for his customer service support for the purchase of my watch. The whole transaction was dealt with smoothly from start to finish. Nigel reached out to me before dispatching the watch to confirm size dimension of the watch and advised of alternative boutiques I could go to if any trouble which I greatly appreciated. I purchased an Omega Seamaster online and dealt with a delightful Beards representative named Yui. She provided flawless service and an excellent customer experience. All the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the products but I was particularly impressed with Yui’s professionalism and attention to detail. She went above and beyond, ensuring that I was informed throughout the purchasing process. When I received the watch it was securely packaged and beautifully presented. The overall experience was amazing and I will definitely use Beards for future purchases.
