Beachfront Only not Much Help with a Pest Scare
We rented a home from Beachfront Only. It was a beautiful house right on the ocean, but we had a bed bug scare when our kids awoke covered in bites. The company offered 4 bed bug traps, largely judged to be ineffective, the offer to have the room sprayed with poison by a maintenance employee, and that was the extent of their help. We called Terminex ourselves and the inspector judged that bedbugs were very unlikely, to our great relief, but no thanks to Beachfront Only. The pest control phone number printed on a poster in the garage went to a woman who claimed she had no affiliation with Beachfront Only and this number had been wrong a long time. The outside sand area was unkempt, we ran out of laundry soap and kitchen trash bags. And so on. When we tried to leave a review, we were not able to do so. Please see more details on Yelp.
