We have had very good experiences working with BConnected. They are always extremely helpful and flexible with their plans and ideas to meet our needs. The people that we have personally worked with are thoughtful and respectful of our time, while also trying to get as much done as possible.

We've been working with Bconnected since April 2025 and have been really pleased with the partnership. We came to them in a bind after our marketing manager left right before our peak season, and Brad and his team stepped in fast to keep things moving.

Their content creation and social media work has been the standout - it's taken a whole area off our plate and given us a stronger presence than we ever built internally. We've since expanded to online advertising and email marketing with them, and both have exceeded expectations.
