Ben and Mark did a great job. Sorted out our hot water problem and smoothly installed a new oil boiler to replace our ageing, and failing, Worcester Bosch unit. I would 100% recommend this company.

New shower and bath fitted
We were really happy with the service from Ben and Mark who installed our new bath and shower. The pressure from the shower was poor so a new shower pump was fitted. It solved the issue brilliantly and all the work was completed to a good standard. Highly recommend.

I would recommend BCA Plumbing Heating
I would recommend BCA Plumbing Heating & Gas Services Ltd, which is something I would not do without good reason. They are reliable, always on time and do a good job. Ben and his staff work hard, unsupervised and WITHOUT the usual moaning from tradesmen about the job being worse than expected, and there were unanticipated problems. I would not hesitate to have BCA Plumbing Heating & Gas Services Ltd do more work for me.

Experienced and helpful company.
Visited quickly after contact to assist with heating problems as a neighbour suggested we call them. As suspected the best option was a new boiler which was fitted asap with care and attention. Being a learner with modern gas heating we have been a little puzzled by controls and Ben is coming around to demonstrate in a little more depth. As we all know instructions books leave a lot to be desired nowadays. Would recommend.

Efficient replacement oil boiler installation
Installation of replacement central heating oil boiler & associated plumbing carried out very efficiently within one day. On completion, all waste material including the old boiler were removed from site & the area tidied up.
Ben & his associate Jack were extremely pleasant from start to finish & kept me informed of progress etc. during the day.
Very satisfied with the whole experience & would have no hesitation in recommending BCA Plumbing & Gas.

Fast efficient service
I was given number from a customer who had said she was pleased with her work she had done in her new kitchen .
Without hesitation Ben called round gave me the quote for work and booked us in at our convenience. Very pleased with the work did everything we asked for . Fast and efficient, clean and tidy .

Great service from the initial quote from Ben to the installation of my new boiler by Mark and Jack, who were a lovely pair of lads. Not only did they fit the boiler and tidy up the unusual pipe work left by British Gas but left everything clean and tidy. Thank you.
