The most serious issue is your platform's erratic behavior:

My account was recently reopened after a long period of investigation. However, within minutes of being reactivated, it was maliciously locked again without any new activity or violation on my part. This "open-and-shut" tactic clearly shows that your system or manual reviewers are intentionally preventing me from accessing my 2.6 Crore INR balance.

Currently, I am facing a "Prohibited gambling period" ban until the year 2099. This is an absurd and unacceptable way to treat a verified high-balance user.

My Final Demands:

1. Immediate Clarification: Explain why the account was reopened and then instantly re-locked. This inconsistency is a major red flag.

2. Fund Access: I demand the immediate activation of "Withdrawal-only" mode. If you do not want me to play, you must allow me to withdraw my legitimate 2.6 Crore INR balance immediately.

I give 1 star bcz I have been using bc game for long time.i feel my case was not handeld well my id gets locked despite providing all evidence.
I accepted that but I requested many time to refund my funds which was taken by bcgame.
It is a huge platform and believe in fair policy that's why they Locked my account but fairness means they should not keep money for users for their hard work

I recently faced an issue with my deposit on BC.Game.

I deposited ₹10,000 on 3rd April via Paytm (UPI), but the amount was not credited immediately, which was quite stressful and concerning.

However, after contacting support, the team stayed in touch with me and eventually resolved the issue. The amount has now been successfully credited to my account.

I was asked to recharge $35 to verify before I could withdraw. After recharge, the score is also added to the game account and it is said that the unreceived payment cannot be certified.
