DON’T BUY BBX BRAND

Their sizing chart is off. I ordered 2 dresses during their BOGO sale and the dresses are too small due to their sizing guidance being incorrect. They won’t let me exchange the 2 dresses for another size. I’m essentially losing the BOGO deal I originally purchased because they won’t let me exchange the sizes. And they won’t provide a refund.

They also have an issue with their return labels. So I can’t even return the dresses until they resolve that issue on their end.

UPDATE TO THEIR LIES OF A RESPONSE. I have emails from this morning stating that there is an issue with the returns portal. I DO NOT have a return label and it was never provided to me to download. I was told it may take a couple of days. Secondly, I understand there are no exchanges and only store credit provided with a return. I made a purchase for TWO DRESSES and BBX is only allowing me store credit for ONE. That is my issue. I made a purchase for TWO and you won’t honor my purchases.

We do allow returns and you are more than welcome to submit return requests for any items that are not suitable.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I returned a package back to them using their own return shipping label since July 1st and it is now September 26th and I still haven’t received a refund. They refused to take accountability for their terrible shipping label and have held my money hostage. They did not offer any sort of compensation or compromise. The tracking number says the return package has been waiting for them to pickup since JULY!!!! I don’t have the merchandise neither do I have my money back. Very fradulent business with horrible regard for their customers.

Ridiculous cost for international…

Ridiculous cost for international shipping (equivalent of £35) Ok sure. I copped it. Then to have almost the same amount again charged in customs and duties!!! Ridiculous.

And all for the dress to be too big and the quality was lacking. Was going to return it. Only for it to be store credit only and the shipping costs have to be covered again also.

Other international brands have their shipping be reasonable with easy cost free returns to the customer and and actual refund not store credit. Will never purchase from here again!

J’ai commandé un article à 193 euros + 26 euros de livraison sans savoir que des frais de douane assez exorbitants allaient m’être réclamés (102 euros dans mon cas ) c’est à dire plus de 50% du prix de la robe .Ne pouvant pas payé ces frais pour lesquels je n’avais pas été informé le colis a simplement été retourné au vendeur selon le suivi que je consulte .Aucune réponse à mes nombreux mails adressé à leur service client inexistant apparement .Quelle malhonnêteté .Dépenser plus de 200 euros pour rien au final sans même pouvoir échanger avec le vendeur ,oui c’est du vol . Je n’ai reçu ni la robe ni le remboursement comment appelez vous cela ?

I’d give zero stars if I could
purchased a dress from BBX and ended up returning it. On July 31st, I received an email confirming that they had received the return and that my refund would be processed within 5–7 business days. However, it’s now August 25th, and I still haven’t received my refund.
I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails since then, and all of them have been ignored. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely frustrating. At this point, I feel completely dismissed and taken advantage of.
I would not recommend purchasing from them unless you’re absolutely sure you won’t need to return anything because if you do, good luck getting your money back or even a response.

Given that my order was over £200, I expected a higher level of customer service. Communication was very slow throughout the process. Several days after placing my order, I still hadn’t received a delivery confirmation, so I had to follow up myself—only to be told that my size was out of stock. This was especially disappointing as the item was newly listed on the website, and I placed my order shortly after it went live. It's unclear why the site allowed me to purchase an item that wasn’t actually available. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again—especially if timely delivery is important for a special occasion.

🚫 Poor Return Experience – Unclear Policy & Unhelpful Service

I had a really disappointing experience with BBXBRAND. After my return was approved on April 28th, I returned the item and provided tracking on May 6th — only one day outside their 7-day return period. I acted promptly and in good faith, yet they refused to issue a refund and instead sent a store credit without asking.

Their returns policy doesn’t make it clear that late returns will be refunded as credit only, nor does it account for shipping delays, which are out of the customer’s hands. A one-day delay with proof of postage shouldn’t result in a total loss of refund rights.

The responses I received were unhelpful, inflexible, and at times dismissive. They focused solely on technicalities rather than offering a reasonable solution. Eventually, they just stopped replying altogether.

Even when my bank temporarily refunded the £235, BBXBRAND disputed it and claimed their gift card was a valid solution. The refund was reversed — and I’m now left with no item and no money.

It’s incredibly frustrating that a brand marketing itself as luxury or premium can be so rigid and unprofessional. If you’re considering ordering from them, I would strongly advise reading their returns policy very carefully — and be prepared for poor communication if anything goes wrong.

Awful passive aggressive accusatory…

Awful passive aggressive accusatory communication from customer service representative “amina”. Dress ordered end of June. Asked a simple question about when the order would be fulfilled, I was then accused of not reading the website properly… “we are not asking you we are telling you”…prior to this when i tried to explain there was no information on the website at the point of purchase i received “ customers like you who choose not to read product descriptions”

I definitely will not be spending over £200 on marked up fast fashion from this company - customer service rep is shocking - just extremely rude disrespectful and unprofessional.

Returned within reasonable time


I placed an order with BBXBrand in April 2025 and paid extra for express delivery. The item arrived four days later than expected. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the product and decided to return it.

I requested return approval on 29 April and received it on 30 April, which was a UK bank holiday. Due to being away and the limited availability of postal services, I returned the item via tracked Royal Mail Next Day Delivery on 7 May. The item was delivered to the company on 8 May in unused condition with all original packaging.

Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund, stating the return fell outside their 7-day policy. Their policy does not clarify whether this refers to calendar or business days and does not appear to account for bank holidays or weekends. I raised my concerns, referenced UK consumer laws (including the right to cancel and return goods within 14 days for online purchases), and offered to resolve the issue through alternative dispute resolution. I received no response.

I also discovered that the company listed on their website, BBXBRAND LIMITED, was dissolved in 2021, which raised concerns about the legal entity currently trading.

I have since had to escalate the matter through Klarna and my credit card provider to recover the funds. This review is to share my experience so others can make informed decisions.

Company is illegally trading

I had been waiting for a particular dress to come back in stock, I emailed customer service about the dress and they informed me they had no plans to restock the size I wanted and advised me to buy it in another size or colour, I opted for one size bigger as I really love the style of the dress, mind you its not cheap at £225! Two days later the dress came back in stock!! I emailed customer service lady called Amina back and she advised me to buy the size and return the other one for a refund in case it sells out again! They don't offer exchanges so I tried to do a refund but there was no option on their returns portal for a refund as I had used a discount code, which they provided!! I am still within the 14 day window but customer service have stopped replying to my emails, now I'm stuck with a dress and cannot get a refund which I am legally entitled to! I have researched them on Companies House (registration number 12643861) and they were issued a final gazette notice and have been struck off companies house, effectively dissolving the business, so they are trading illegally.

Do not buy from here 0*s

I ordered a dress, it arrived on time, but due to personal reasons I was not able to return it within the 14 day window. I spoke to a customer service agent that advised that as a good will gesture they can accept a return within 21 days for store credit. I asked to begin the process, as i have no need for the dress, it's completely unworn with tags and labels. However, I was then informed that i had gone past the 21 day period as well, which makes no sense.
UK law clearly states that the return window begins from the day that the goods are received (how are you legally able to count the return window before goods are received? I can't start returning something I don't have yet).

I would have happily accepted a lesser refund since I was outside of the legislated 14 day window (not the non compliant company window).

I do not fault the agent I spoke to, the companies policies are not right, especially if they are going to be trading internationally.

Very disappointed.

Whilst we understand your concern, we did already make an exception for you and stated we would accept a return if you were upto 21 days since shipping. When you confirmed you wanted to proceed, we checked out the dates and I'm afraid you were past the window of which we had made an exception as well as the initial return window you had.

Our returns are super easy whereby you can visit our returns center to submit a request. After the window has elapsed, a request can no longer be submitted but we were able to confirm all the information you needed via email x

WARNING – Do Not Recommend

I have never felt so compelled to leave a negative review, but my experience with BBXBRAND has been so poor, I believe it's important to share it with others.

I purchased two items from BBXBRAND, and both arrived damaged. I followed their return process and sent both items back promptly. However, since then, I have had to chase the company repeatedly for any updates on my refund. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I have yet to receive any meaningful response or resolution.

BBXBRAND has failed to meet its legal obligations under UK consumer protection laws, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This legislation entitles me to a full refund for faulty goods, yet BBXBRAND continues to avoid fulfilling this obligation, leaving me out of pocket.

Their on/off responses and complete disregard for customer satisfaction are deeply concerning. The lack of transparency and accountability in handling customer complaints is nothing short of unprofessional.

I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from BBXBRAND to think twice. If you encounter any issues with your order, expect a frustrating and time-consuming battle to get any resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

At this stage, I am left with no choice but to pursue further action to recover my refund, as BBXBRAND continues to ignore its obligations under UK law.

Update: After posting this review, I would expect BBXBRAND to take action immediately, but given their track record, I remain doubtful.

Doesn’t Value Customers - Priorities Greed Over Service

I returned an item within the legal timeframe and was issued store credit instead of a refund, despite my rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This was over a 10% discount code, and I still kept one dress, as I was weighing my options for my birthday—so I had still spent a respectable amount with them.

When I raised this, I was met with misleading claims and accusations. Fortunately, my bank refunded me, but the process was unnecessarily difficult. A brand aiming to project a luxury aesthetic should prioritize customer trust over short-term profits. Be cautious if you ever need to return something.
