Quick Delivery - Product well packed and easy to assemble. I purchased this table for a my client who was looking for a high top table. She absolutely loves it.

I ordered an aluminum patio table 48” round and four chairs. All looked good. Two days later I get an email saying oops shipping is $999.94. Yah right. The ferries carry all the usual couriers and we are considered mainland America. Thank you for your “go-away” price. Noted.

I called customer service to see if my order would get to me by Father’s Day and someone actually answered the phone. The person I spoke with showed genuine interest in helping me and took the time to see which warehouse it would be coming from. He then got back to me and said he couldn’t guarantee it, but would do everything in his power to make it happen. Well, it did arrive on time and was a quality item that our son loved! I will give them all of our barbecue business in the future!

Very poor customer service. Ordered a number of items which were to be delivered June 7. I emailed when they did not arrive. Three weeks later I get an email saying the items will arrive between 3-7 July. Today i received an email and I am told the items are delayed again and they won’t ship until 30 July. They billed my credit card six weeks ago as if the items had shipped. Use your local store. BBQ guys are not worth the hassle.

Update:
The order arrived 8 weeks late and missing half the parts! I emailed customer service and was told they would get back to me in 7-10 business days. I followed up with phone ‘customer service’. The woman on the phone was very short and rude and said it was the suppliers fault. She would contact them and I should ring back in 72 hours. I asked why I needed to chase them, when they are aware of the issue. She said there was nothing more she could do.

Avoid these guys if you have the option. It appears this is a garage operation that does drop shipping, not a competent BBQ supplier.

Update 2:
We have now been told the replacement steel brackets we ordered or our komado did not include the brackets themselves. You couldn’t make this up…

I purchased a new Napolean Grill from BBQ Guys and the hood thermometer was broken. I called 4 times...no answer...no call back. Terrible Customer Service. BBQ Guys from who I bought the $2000. grill unwilling to help. So very frustrating. David

I wanted a good reasonable priced komodo grill. Not too big & not too small. Ordered the Victory komado grill with the starter package at under $800 from the BBQ guys. It was shipped within 24 hours, arrived at my house rather quickly. Came packaged very well. It was easy to put together. Had all the parts included.
It appears to be quality made product. I've used it 3 times so far and it has performed well. The only problem I had was the thermometer stuck. I called them up. A very pleasant lady answered & they sent a new thermometer which I received in a few days.
In my opinion the BBQ guys are great & the Vectory komodo grill is great. My son in-law bought a komodo Joe from them also and is happy with that & the BBQ guys.

Out of the 5 very expensive items I purchased, 2 came damaged and one came with missing parts. What a disappointment.

Terrible delivery experience. Had a 20 something minute heads up. Absolutely terrible customer service. First and last time I do business with them.

The product I ordered was excellent and exactly as advertised. Shipped quickly with regular updates.

Excellent products and customer service. Grill shipped in less than 24 hours from order. Grill was more difficult to construct than stated but we are very pleased.

Part of our order was late and due to be delivered when we were out of town. We tried to cancel by calling, email no luck. Finally reached someone who sent in a priority cancel. Order was still shipped three days later and dumped over the gate by FEDEX. Now we cannot get a return tag and still another cancelled part of the order is being shipped. This is a bad company for service. Try Amazon or Best Buy where they respect customers.

ordered a $3,000 Blaze BBQ. Missing hardware. Only got about 1/2 the screws. Many trips later got the BBQ together. Marks on the hood. Looks like polishing compound but can't be sure and can't get it out . Also, BBQ has trouble lighting. Emailed BBQ Guys 2x, never heard back and their customer service is not open when I get back from work but of course their sales line is. Do NOT buy from these guys. Buy from a local retailer

I already knew basically what I wanted. The site menu made it quick and simple to find the Weber grill and accessories I wanted. Delivered just in time to start BBQ season off right.

Sent us broken items. We emailed as soon as we opened their packaging and they claim it's outside their damage policy. Makes no sense. Beware of these guys

This smoker is heavy(dbl wall) bulky(taller for better smoke circulation) and easy to use..... AND my BBQ son is very happy with it.

Order came on time piece was a perfect would definitely order from you them again great service.

Updated review, after a very rocky start with CS and Smokin Tex, problem has now been resolved through diligent CS staff. Very grateful

Very impressed with BBQGuys.com! We ordered the full griddle insert for our Weber Spirit 300 series. Weber.com was out of stock and didn’t know when they would be back in stock. So we went to the BBQGuys.com, they had it in stock, and for the same price Weber.com had. Very fast shipping!

My grill is about 20 yrs old and needed an igniter and new burner. I received the order promptly. The only issue is that the replacement burner sits slightly higher then the original and as a result the igniter doesn't line up properly to igniter the gas. Oh well, I've been lighting the grill with matches for over a year and am used to it. I tried to call the # on the invoice but no 9ne answers. I'm assuming that this is the only replacement burner available
