Mr. Dever,

It is regrettable that you are not happy with the way things transpired with your order. However, to make a post like this one without including the details of the situation seems a bit dishonest.

Let's recap:
- An incorrect tracking number was provided at the time of shipment and it appeared that the item had not moved at all.
- You contacted our customer service on 2/10 expressing your concerns.
- During that call, our CSR explained the mix up with the tracking number and that your item was already in California with a 2/13 scheduled delivery date.
- At that time, you requested to cancel the order.
- Since the order had shipped, we explained to you that a cancellation of a shipped order would follow our 30-day return policy as stated in our terms and conditions.
- After a series of emails attempting to help you understand the $330.07 reduction in the refund (including the fact that we were already waiving half of the standard deduction), you reluctantly agreed to turning the item around while still protesting our policy.

We can empathize with your regret for choosing a grill that was too big for your situation. In the end, it is only you that can determine what to purchase for your needs. We can only suggest options based on the information provided by the customer. With all large expenditures, we expect that the customer has done their due diligence and we ship accordingly based on their order.
Once again, it is unfortunate that you found your experience less than stellar. However, as a small business, we can't believe that you would expect us to operate at a loss due to buyers remorse.

Dear James,

Upon ordering, we sent a confirmation email to the email address provided. At the time of shipment, we sent a tracking number to the email provided as well. Tracking the order shows that you received your product on schedule, 02/21/26.

Perhaps you should check you junk mail? We have also tried to call you at the phone number provided. However, it appears the number given is not functional.

If you have any further questions or concerns, you can always reach us at 866-238-9228, by email or chat. If you had reached out through any of those channels, we would have gladly provided the tracking for you and the expected delivery date.
