Actually, this is a 0 star rating. Ordered my puzzles 2/26. Today is 4/4 and no puzzles. Trying to contact to cancel order, surprise, no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered items for a birthday gift & paid for EXPRESS shipping so as they would arrive in time. Received NO communication ot tracking after a week - when contacted they told me one item was not in stock & they were waiting for it!! They did refund the shipping cost & PROMISED parcel would be sent the next day, After another week I requested they cancel my order & refund but was told they couldnt as it had been sent! TWO WEEKS LATER I received an email telling me the LABEL had been created STIILL NOT SENT!!!! I again requested cancel & refund, no reply for days until I started a Paypal Dispute - NOW they are offering a refund if I cancel the Paypal dispute! AS IF I can trust them to do that! A month on & STILL no items - Paypal dispute willl stay in place until I receive refund. Dont waste your time buying from them, buy from a reputable store as this crowd certainly is not!

Shipped puzzles to me with "tracking numbers" that show the package bouncing all over the state of Florida after having been "out for delivery for a solid week. Now it seems to be back at the region al hub if this package even exists. The numbers they sent me are useless here in the states.

I love their puzzles. Their "customer service" is either non existent or rude and dismissive.

Ordered two puzzles as Christmas presents on 12/8. When I hadn't heard from them on 12/21, I contacted them. It wasn't until I rattled their cage that I got a bland "We are expediting your order", ie, they had taken our money and done f all to send anything out.

I replied, telling them they were for Christmas and asking when they would be here. What did "expedited" mean exactly? Their response was to send the same bull$hit email. Zero help, zero response...nothing.

It's now 12/30 and they're still not here. They can shove their "expedited" bs. I won't do business with them again.

I purchased a Bboldin puzzle from a large retailer and discovered it had a missing piece. I looked up the company and found the website and sent them a message. All messages were prompted answered and after a few questions, they mailed me a new identical puzzle. I received it in perfect condition and there were no missing pieces. So for me, my experience with this company was excellent. I went ahead and purchased a couple of puzzles from their website and they arrived in perfect condition (and no missing pieces).

De sendte et puslespil fra Kina, som var så fyldt af kemikalier, at hele stuen stank af kemikalier, jeg fik hoste af det og fedtede fingre af at røre brikkerne. Og dette kun på en halv time.
