Decepcionante y productos dudosos
Dejo una estrella y no dejo menos, porque no puedo porque quiero mostrar mi descontento con esta página. Primero pregunté si los productos que vendían eran falsos o no y me enviaron una carta muy dudosa donde no tiene ni fecha y además muy mal redactada con lo cual me daba muy poca confianza. Decidí devolver los productos productos porque personalmente no pienso que sean que sean auténticos ya que ni siquiera son distribuidores oficiales de zo skin. Me dijeron que los gastos de devolución los pagaba yo y el envío aunque devuelva los productos también. En total me he gastado alrededor de 15€ en el envío. Una decepción ya que es la única página que me hace pagar el envío. Yo desde luego que si tuviera que comprar productos de esta gama no lo haría en esta página. Si todo va bien perfecto pero como tengas algún problema búscate la vida porque no te lo van a solucionar. Una decepción.
Cuidado con las reseñas que leéis en su página. Si no les conviene como la mía que he escrito las eliminan.

Entendemos perfectamente sus dudas y siempre tratamos este tipo de situaciones con respeto y comprensión. Llevamos varios años trabajando en este sector y, sinceramente, nunca habíamos tenido una situación similar.
Sí hemos tenido clientes que nos han solicitado documentación sobre la autenticidad de los productos y siempre la hemos proporcionado sin ningún problema. Sin embargo, si después de recibir la documentación seguía teniendo dudas o necesitaba más garantías, habría sido importante que nos lo comunicara antes de realizar el pedido. Quizás habríamos podido solicitar documentación adicional o encontrar otra forma de ayudarle.
También entendemos que, si no estaba convencida de la autenticidad de los productos, podía haber esperado a recibir toda la documentación antes de realizar la compra.
En relación con la devolución:
-Cuando nos informó de que quería cancelar el pedido, varios días después de haber sido enviado, contactamos inmediatamente con DPD para intentar detener la entrega. Lamentablemente, este tipo de gestiones no siempre se procesan de forma inmediata y el paquete finalmente fue entregado.
-Posteriormente organizamos una recogida mediante transportista. Más tarde nos indicó que no podía esperar al transportista y que prefería gestionar la devolución por su cuenta.
Los gastos de devolución habrían sido asumidos por nuestra empresa si el producto hubiera llegado dañado, defectuoso o si hubiera existido algún problema con el pedido. En ese caso, por supuesto, habríamos organizado la devolución y asumido todos los costes correspondientes.
Sin embargo, en esta situación la cancelación se produjo cuando el pedido ya había sido enviado y prácticamente entregado, por lo que las condiciones son diferentes. Por supuesto, tiene derecho a dejar la valoración que considere oportuna. Nosotros respetamos su opinión.
Simplemente queremos señalar que, por nuestra parte, hemos intentado ayudarle en todo momento y buscar una solución a cada situación que se ha presentado.
Y nuestra empresa no puede eliminar las reseñas publicadas aquí; únicamente podemos impugnarlas o recurrirlas a través de Trustpilot si consideramos que incumplen sus normas.

He hecho varios pedidos con ellos, y siempre cumplen en tiempos. Servicio de 10! Seguire repitiendo.
