sent item after I leave USA, had written in the order that the order should not be made if they could not be delivered before 14 July, no responses from the company, so the package was delivered to a hotel after I had gone home to Denmark

Purchased an item, but it did not fit. There are no instructions for returns. Messages sent twice through the website, twice via email, 1 phone message and 1 DM through facebook. No response of any kind. Clearly a scam. Do not use, Ever ever ever.

Where in the hell is the customer service? No response what so ever. Stay away people, you have been warned.

I ordered a switch from them after Christmas. I ordered the wrong one and since have been trying to get a hold of them to see how to return the switch and get the right one. I have sent 6 emails to their customer service and I have attempted to call their customer service number several times which sounds like a standard cellphone!!! It rings, nobody answers and a standard voicemail picks up!!! I am so upset! I spent $193 and can't get a hold of anybody from this company!!!!!

I've bought from them about 4 times and every single time it's a total cluster fk. They say they have it but really don't. They lead you on for months on end and NEVER refund your money. They send you the wrong product and blame it on anybody but themselves. Think car sales people and you're right in the zone to get ripped off.
