Customer service where ???
I regret choosing Battery Guy for my purchase. The red flags were there from the start, and I wish I had trusted my instincts.
While the battery was dispatched and delivered quickly, the problems began when the delivery company sent it to the wrong address.
I immediately reached out to Battery Guys for help through email and their web form, but received no response. Nearly a month later, I am still waiting for a reply. Their customer service is nonexistent, and it is unacceptable for a company to ignore customers like this.
A reputable business should have accessible customer support, respond promptly, and resolve issues within days. Instead, Battery Guy’s emails and contact forms seem to go to an unmonitored inbox.
Thankfully, my bank stepped in and issued a full refund which was something Battery Guy clearly had no intention of doing.
Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company. If they can’t handle basic customer service, they don’t deserve your business.
