Was ok. Website wasn’t clear on how long a 24 hour next day would be. But it was over Xmas … could have done with knowing so I didn’t pay £22 for the service.

Terrible packaging. Battery arrived damaged and polystyrene balls everywhere. If you're in the online battery market at least figure out the best way to ship an item so it doesn't turn up broken!

I wanted a leisure battery for my caravan and, living locally, wanted to collect it. Their site said that you had to call sales first, so I did. 20 minutes and no answer then went to voicemail. Tried again, 20 minutes and then again to voicemail. This time I left a message with contact details. I also filled in the contact form on their website. Never received a call back. They obviously do not have very good systems in place or do not want to sell batteries.

Total ripoff company. Bought a varta battery off battery group, it failed after 6 months. Supposedly has a 5 year warranty, they made excuses not to honour the warranty after having battery back for testing. They said it had discharged too much, l had been on a long drive the previous day. There is nothing wrong my alternator, l had it tested at halfords. I put a new battery on and have had no problems. They have done me out of £90+. I would not buy one online again, too much hassle if you have issues with a car battery.

I phoned up to ask about a battery for my car and the lady was very helpful and answered all my questions. I then felt really positive about buying a battery and the lady sorted it all out for me. My battery arrived well packaged and on time and fitted perfectly. The price was a lot lower than the shops and I got a 5 year guarantee too, excellent service I honestly recommend battery group.

Came to my truck, been parked up a few days...nothing.
Took batteries off (×2 24v) charged both only one was good. took the 4 months old one back as it wasn't holding charge, they kept it 5 days, got it to hold charge but told me they couldn't say if it would hold voltage under load then told me i had no warranty on this now as the vehicle caused the issue.
Would not go back

I have purchased several batteries from Battery Group, and their pricing and delivery service have been excellent. After checking online, I found that the same battery I bought for £143 was priced at £335 at Euro Car Parts.

Dont waste your time with these people, if you have a problem with one of thier products they will put lots of hurdles in your way stopping you from getting it resolved...

AVOID AVOID AVOID .. do not know who they get there Batteries from but have been informed China , So called brand new Battery had to charge when it arrived would not turn engine although saying fully charged , tried contacting but yhey do not reply or answer .. Avoid pay a bit more snd have peace of mind

wished i had looked at reviews before placing order. Ordered two batteries for plant and equipment - both detailed as in stock. Didn't receive an order confirmation or tracking information so contacted the company and they advised my battery wasn't in stock. Didn't advise which one so asked and am still waiting. what was an urgent order has had to be reordered from an alternate company and i've had to get paypal involved to recover monies.

This company are con merchants, there advertisements are misleading. See ebay ad for bluetti 200pl power station, you will see for yourself.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought a battery and three seeks later one of the cells died. It has taken me three months and filing a Small Claims Court case against them to get my money back. Their warranty process and rules are so restrictive and they have no intention of giving any customer service. I also think that many of these five stars reviews are fake. They should invest more in customer service and less in paying people to give fake reviews.

Really happy with my order, and the delivery came quickly. The car battery was perfect for my car and has a warranty, so I am content with it. I can recommend BatteryGroup :)
