What a nasty lot tried to run of with my money so sent bank in who got my money back beware of dealing with them i got same item from Temu for 60% less

Advertised as "Great replacement" but it's terrible. Can't even get 200 photos from a single charge where my 8 year old genuine Nikon still gives me 500+. To their own admittance "Please note that it is not able to be compared with the lasting time of the original battery". So basically you get less than 40% charge from this brand new battery than an 8 year old genuine Nikon. Simply not worth it :-(

I ordered a battery online and when I went to track it. Website said I didnt have an account and that I had to make one. Thought it was weird but made an account and then it tells me I dont have an order. I've emailed for support and yet no reply. The money has been taken from my bank and I will not be paying twice for one battery

My wife's Dyson DC 31 battery died after several years of service. She loves the compact nature of this model so wanted a replacement battery. Although not at all tech savvy, she found the correct one on the BatteryExpert site. I was surprised that she had no trouble navigating the excellent site which was very user-friendly. The prices seem very reasonable too, specially compared to genuine Dyson batteries which are very expensive.
We ordered the battery and paid with PayPal, our preferred payment method for security reasons. The confirmation came immediately and we received updates and tracking information as to the progress. The BatteryExpert also sends to PO Boxes which we prefer due to unreliable couriers where we live on the outskirts of Sydney. We were delighted to find that the delivery came within 48 hours. Brilliant service and the product was exactly as described. There were clear warnings on the site about the voltage and fitting instructions which helps guard against ordering the wrong product. We have now 'saved' the BatteryExpert as our 'go to' battery supplier for future needs. We have three different Dyson vacuum cleaners and many other products that will at some stage need replacement batteries so we know where to go. Great service and product from the BatteryExperts.
