Needed a specific Garmin charger data lead for GPS. Battery Expert (BE) posted on the same day as order made and arrived Express in time on Friday for audio installer to do other work on Monday. Hard to get cable as others would not sync. properly. BE offered expert opinion and delivered on time at a good price. They are excellent and you can trust their service.

Enjoyable experience only issue my fault I didn't track delivery so I sent an email requesting ETA which I receive a quick response that I appreciated.
Goods arrived at home clearly labelled and were correct.

My Dyson Vacuum battery died, leaving me with a house covered in dog hair (thanks Ted!). I did some Googling and found Battery Expert who had the battery I needed at a good price, but more importantly they had great reviews. Their customer service was fantastic, I needed their help finding the correct battery and they were so patient. Would highly recommend.

I mistakenly ordered a wrong charger for my TV. Me,not being tec savvy at all, got in touch with Batteryexpert when my TV did not work after attaching the new charger.

Camera battery failed after less than one month, it would not charge in the camera and measured 0V on a multimeter. Problem was explained to Battery Expert who replaced the battery swiftly after I was able to demonstrate using photos of voltmeter readings that the battery was completely dead and would not recharge. I will monitor battery performance over time and report back. Battery Expert were very quick to resolve the problem by providing a new battery which's far is working fine. Thank You
