Like many other customers I also ordered and paid for two batteries.
After 15 minutes I was sent an invoice confirming my order, but no details of when or how my order would be sent! I waited till nearly the end of the day and emailed Batteries Plus just to ask if they could tell me when it was due!
To date they never answered that question and the 4 other requests sent as well as the numerous phone calls to their listed number. But as it is permanently engaged alarm bells started ringing.
Even tried calling @ 3AM with the same result.
As I paid by Pay Pal I got my money back, even though they claimed my package was sent they would allow me to keep it and refund me as a goodwill gesture!
Really what a load of bull.
So to all you reviewers who still have not been paid back maybe because you used your credit card, try phone Action Fraud (03001232040) the more people who call in will make them take notice and possible action?
If that fails call your local Trading Standards, or for just over £11.00 take out a county court summons against them, think about it if you live in Scotland that's the court they would have to travel to !

But the biggest thing you should do is use Pay Pal.
Also if you ordered through E Bay call them and give them a hard time; and if you found Batteries Plus with a browser search like I did using Google.co.uk. call Google and complain?
Do not sit on your hands and do nothing , make them pay I am.
Next thing for me is to contact BBC Watchdog and see if they will investigate them.

Had my first order after chasing it up and getting a reply saying I should have received an email saying they were delaid. They arrive about a week later. So I ordered a second pair and a charger. Arrived really quickly no problem. But I the realised I had ordered the wrong batteries I has 2500 but needed 3400 so emailed 4 times to ask for an exchange but had no response.!!!

This website should be closed now. It takes your money but does not complete the order and is fraudulent. Do not order anything from this site. The telephone number is constantly busy and they do not ring back.

Absolute set of thieves. Read the other reviews before ordering from these crooks, many more reviews like mine. I ordered 2 lithium ion batteries, one of which stopped working within a week (probably fakes) had no refund despite sending them back and with a long paypal dispute where they failed to respond. It's only a small amount of money but it's the principle of it. For them to sell faulty / fake goods then fail to refund or even respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

Ordered the batteries, got an automated invoice. Heard nothing by the end of the working week. Got no reply to emails, phone constantly off the hook. Refunded by Paypal.

Didn't receive my batteries but thankfully paid through PayPal, then this cheeky #$! leaves a message "refund and keep the item" don't judge others by your own standards, they don't reply to email and its strange how the phone line is always busy. They take your money then that's it as far as they're concerned. If you do purchase from these scammers then use PayPal for your own protection. Take a look at the reviews wish I did.

I can't reach them, no delivery.
Their contact form is unusable as the captcha system is down.
All their phone numbers are disconnected.

Total scammers no e - mail as veri sign isn't working. Phone engaged 24/7 SCAM
Do not buy stay away contact PayPal if you paid by PayPal

Ordered and received promptly. Unfortunately had ordered the wrong battery. The company offers 30 day return and replacement or refund.
Cannot get a response either by phone or email. Disappointing service

Batteries arrived quickly. Correct as ordered. Can't say how good the batteries are, of course. Might report back, because this co has some very mixed reviews.

How I wish I'd checked this business out BEFORE parting with my cash!
Bought 10 tagged AA NiMH cells to replace the worn out batteries in our cordless vacuum.
The tags on the cells supplied are made from something only slightly thicker that aluminium foil!!
Despite taking great care, at least 6 of these tags have simply snapped off rendering the batteries useless!!
Have emailed a complaint a week ago, but I guess there'll be no response.
Fortunately, I paid with PayPay, so they are my next port of call.

This company are scammers ! I have not had my batteries and charger, and cannot email or call them as they are constantly engaged and their email system cannot be used as the verification code does not work. Has anyone contacted Trading Standards about them ? Has Paypal said anything ? I didn't pay via Paypal so I think I have lost my mone. This website should be taken down immediately, they are blatantly taking money of innocent people and not delivering the goods !!

By mistake I bought some batteries and I specified the size wrongly. So I tried to contact them for an exchange .
Phone: ALWAYS BUSY, literally. Tried over a period of 2 days. It seems that others have had this same problem too.
Email: they don't reply. Silence.
So I am stuck with unusable batteries.
So my message to them is: you can put the batteries where the sun don't shine!

Bunch of lousy rude creeps. They deserve to fail.

I wish I had looked on Trustpilot before using them.

First order with this company and I must say batteries got delivered super quick time very reasonable price and batteries are genuine 18650 I did read the reviews on here which are not very good but I thought I'd give them a punt as I'm fed up of getting counterfeit from other companies I'm glad I did very impressive company

I wouldn't even give then 1 star if I was able to as they are ignorant and constantly engaged, don't respond to emails. Overall DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!!

Ce site est une arnaque j ai commandé depuis 2 mois une batterie qui n ai jamais arrivé. Aucune réponse à mes mails de relance il faut mettre ce site hors d état de nuire à d autres clients

Placed an order for 2 pairs of batteries and paid for them on 17th October, since then apart from a confirmation that the order was dispatched nothing further, Emailed them but no response.Telephone does not answer. They are a bunch of clowns and my next move will be to contact the local trading standards office and put in a formal complaint.

So wish I'd checked out Batteriesplus before ordering. Received the phone battery I ordered but it didn't work so assume it was faulty. I've emailed several times to return it and get a refund but not heard anything. Tried phoning and like so many before me found it continually engaged. Not sure how it is allowed to continue trading....ceo should be locked up!!!

Oh dear! Can't access inland delivery costs without filling in a page of account detail - but you don't discover that until you've got your basket filled.
So I drafted a friendly note to suggest it gets remedied. Cannot send it - the Captcha is broken!
